Tara has done incredible work on my eyebrows - I always knew it'd make a difference if I had decent shape but I didn't realise how much. She has shaped them and tinted them and they look genuinely amazing. She's an absolute artist and I thoroughly recommend her!
Worst vibe when I stepped into the salon. I explained that I came to rearrange an appointment as I didn’t get a reply via email. Just stating a fact, giving context. The receptionist or, was she a therapist, I spoke to was very rude straightaway. Talking to me from the back of the salon, sitting down, doing her nails, asking why I didn’t call instead etc. Constantly interrupting me. It felt like it was an imposition, an inconvenience to have come to rebook that appointment. So I obviously left. It’s a long day, long week, we are only human etc but hire staff who know how to treat customers. The other reviews did not meet my expectations at all nor mirror my experience.
After moving to London it took me a few tries to find a place I loved to get my brows done - haven’t been anywhere else since I found Aura around a year ago. Tara and Ewelina are so lovely and amazing!! Highly recommend.
I’ve been coming to the beauty clinic for a while and would not go anywhere else now I’ve found this gem. Tara is amazing and puts you at ease with her friendly and welcoming personality. She is very professional and does an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality treatment with that personal touch
I have been going to Aura Beauty Clinic to do my eyebrows and also for waxing for over a year now. I am extremely happy with all the treatments and have never liked my eyebrows more! The team is very nice and professional and have even given me advice on how to approach some skin related issues I was dealing with. Overall I am very happy with their services and would definitely recommend.
Aura Beauty is my number one place to go for my eyebrow threading , there is no one one I would trust more with my brows. The salon is really clean and always a fabulous welcome from all the team. It is a really friendly environment , the range of skincare products is great also. So much knowledge in the team and as for Ollie - who doesn't love a cuddle from the cutest pooch in town. 10/10 if I could give an extra star I would , looking forward to getting back again soon !
Aura is my go-to place! The service is exceptional - all beauticians are friendly and make one feels comfortable. The premises are bright, clean and comfortable. But the thing that sets Aura apart is the quality of the services: waxing is done so well it barely hurts in places where it should! The massage is done with a complete understanding of the body and leaves you with a deep sense of relaxation that lasts for days later. I cannot recommend the place enough.
I had a full cycle of laser hair removal sessions, plus a couple of extra services. Tara and everyone working at Aura is very competent, highly professional and lovely as well! The service provided is great, all the steps are explained along the way and safety is always paramount. I am highly satisfied with the results as well as with the process. They always accommodated me with the day/time of appointments and have always been very flexible. Would 100% recommend!
I've been coming to Aura beauty to do my eyebrow threading/tinting for several years now. The team is incredibly kind. Tara does an amazing job with my brows. She always remembers what works best with my facial structure and skin tone. I have also done the laser hair removal and hydrafacial and it was great. Definitely recommend :)
