Such a lovely clinic with the kindest staff! I had a facial with ozge and she was amazing—so gentle and calming. I felt completely relaxed and left glowing. Highly recommend!
I have had a few treatments here at Gemm Beauty and have had the best results. They’re very clean and pleasant, I must admit I do visit at least once a month for a treatment (feels like therapy). I highly recommend this clinic for facials, laser, manicure and pedi for sure !
I have been visiting this salon for over 15 years I always leave satisfied. The people there are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend it, I do not understand some of the reviews here because none are accurate.
Two staff members very nice and attentive. Very poor job on eyebrow waxing from third lady (who also cuts hair next door); careless and sloppy, did not give a damn, no finishing, did not even offer mirror for me to check, just left. Spent all of five minutes with me.
I took my younger brother here to get a pedicure, the lady who saw him was very nice and really made my brother feel comfortable. He has learning difficulties, so it was nice to see him treated with care and respect. I really appreciated this from her. I would definitely recommend Gemm Beauty Clinic.
I asked the nail tech to stop the appointment because of the discomfort she was causing to my nails, I now have a damaged nail on my little finger which is extremely painful. I was charged £35 with no refund offered. Avoid!!

Avoid at all costs! I went for a birthday treat and I left with bruised red skin. My skin was literally scraped off and it took me 5 days and plenty of moisturising to make it heal. A whole week later my skin still feels rough and definitely not as smooth and moisturised as before my appointment. In response to the business: The fact that you gave me my money back is irrelevant, because you literally damaged my skin, instead of do 'a treatment', with my review I am trying to help other people not to come and do this to their faces. Also 'a redness' does not hurt and stay on the skin for more than 5 days. I also missed to mention that I did not sleep all night the first day, and also didn't mention that it was very challenging to get my money back and the final words from the manager before I get my refund were 'take your money and leave the studio then'. There, for the sake of being detailed.
