Staff are really friendly and helpful on the various occasions that I have visited. Most of the time they've had the stock in that I needed.
Awesome place always got what I want
I've held a plumbfix account as long as they have existed, however I don't use the trade counter at Widnes, previous bad experiences... The duty manager suggested I give it a go as the new staff were great.... Well..... I walked in, the counter person was having a great chat to a customer/friend... Nothing to do with Screwfix, I was ignored for the best part of five minutes, eventually he asked my name.... No apology.... Messed with the computer and asked my name again.... And you guessed it again!!!! Widnes trade counter is a joke..... It's a farce, it's quicker, easier and more enjoyable standing in a queue on the normal side, the side that staff are friendly and actually care Suffice to say I won't be bothering going into the 'special' trade only side again Thanks plumbfix
The goods are comprehensive. Very busy. You need to place an order online. You can check the inventory to see if there is the goods you need. It is very convenient. But the service today is a bit poor.
Brilliant range of products at the most competitive prices. Both in store and online orders are always processed very quickly and staff are always genuinely helpful and polite. Great service all round.
I whent to the widnes Branch on 1/2/2023 and was served by Mary she was very helpful and very Experienced I will go back any time
