   Very disappointing experience. I used a Groupon voucher (£12) and then had to pay an extra £15 for hair length. You definitely get what you pay for. My thick, curly hair wasn’t taken into account—too much tension was used, my hair was cut shorter than expected, uneven, and the layers aren’t blended. Way too much product was applied, leaving my hair greasy and needing to be washed the next day. The “luxury” advertising is misleading. The salon atmosphere was unprofessional: lunch discussions during my appointment, another therapist dyeing her own roots in front of me, and treating another client with dye still in her hair. The stylist lacked skill and professionalism. Would not recommend.

   Love the service here, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and cozy. This is my second time back having a manicure and pedicure which lasted me 3 weeks on my hands and the whole month on my feet. So good I’ve already booked for next year, great job Forza and Ruby.

   I have had a lovely session at Saina salon getting my greys coloured. Fozia a sweet professional lady did justice to my hair today. The head massage was divine. Even my Grandson was impressed and will let his friends know about the Salon. At Saina there is a lady called zNadia, I had the very best Suedish massage I have ever had ,seriously the best I cannot impress on her enough .

   Did not have a great experience here! The one person working...on a Saturday! seemed to be receptionist, person in charge, person doing therapies! Even though I had an appointment time, I waited 15 minutes whist she sorted someone else out, who had booked via an app. When she did finally get round to me, she was brash, kept calling me "my lovely". Eye brow treatment, fine. Eye lashes left a lot to be desired! One has already fallen out today. It's such a Shame because this place is in a prime location without any other salons to compete with, they should be run off their feet, but sadly this is not the case. Unfortunately the service was not great. I wouldn't recommend this place and will not be returning.

   Despite the appointment not starting too well as I booked my hair appointment through Treatwell, and the stylist didnt turn up. Sabha took over and was brilliant! She helped me deal with a hair loss issue that I am currently facing and made my hair lovely again, giving me a little more confidence. Thank you!

   My local, so they treat me wonderfully. But they do Hollywood's fast and smooth. Eyelashes applies quickly, haircuts and facials. I also had my nail done for reasonable introductory offer. I usually call in last minute , always polite and endeavour to fit me in. If not I'm good with that. Great natter too.
