   Fabulous experience! Eyebrows by Elif were immaculate. She did exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Went yesterday for a hair transformation and what a change! The staff are super friendly, professional, and attentive. Rosie’s makeup skills are amazing, she always makes me look and feel my best. And a special mention to Yasmin, the boss, who runs the place so well and makes everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend Karizma for great service and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

   I can give this place 0 stars if I could. Last year Rahman destroyed my hair ( the owner Yasemin said he was the best ) My hair length was just above my hips. he was suppose to give me a long layer, he completely chopped my hair off to shoulder length. Everyone was actually traumatised to see my hair in such state as not only he cut my hair, he thinned my thick hair with scissors. The cut was so bad my hair is still not in a great condition. AVOID. Please please please do not do the mistake I have done. It will take me many years to grow my hair back. Please avoid this place at all costs!!!!! Google reviews is not allowing for pictures to be uploaded otherwise I would have shown before and after. Please avoid this place for cuts!!!

He suggested the colours that would suit me best and the end result was wonderful. The staff is also very sweet and helpful. Definitely my go-to place for hair related treatments.
