This is the second time I went to go get my nails done at Studio N7. This was the best nail experience I have ever had. The two ladies that did my nails were the most hospitable and kind hearted ladies possible. Aside from the hospitality, the artistry is also incredible. Usually by the second week, my nails would be popping off my fingers (acrylics) - but in this salon, they lasted until I got an infill (2.5 weeks). These ladies are amazing in making your hands feel and look beautiful, and ultimately yourself. Below is attached of my recent set - dark red cateye almonds.

I called the salon and was seen by Hulya within 20 minutes. Very pleased with the excellent trim I got from her. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, very reasonably priced compared to other places. Will definitely be coming back!

This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I was put in a small room alone for my pedicure, and the first thing I noticed was how dirty it was – the tank had no water, looked grimy, and there were nail clippings scattered across the floor. The whole room felt unhygienic and neglected, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. When the pedicure finally started, the water was cold and felt unclean. The scrubber they used was clearly old and worn, and you could tell it had been used on multiple people before – it was simply rinsed under tap water. The entire process felt unhygienic and honestly disgusting. On top of this, the atmosphere in the salon was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Staff members were yelling at the nail technician, who was working alone and clearly under pressure. It felt like an unsafe environment – both for customers and for the staff member being spoken to so badly. I paid £35 for a service that left me with a foot rash (photo attached). I would never return and strongly urge others to think twice before booking. This place desperately needs to improve its hygiene and professionalism.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon this morning.I booked an appointment for 10:00 AM with I think her name was Lilly or Cecilia and called ahead to let the hairdresser know I was running 10 minutes late. Her response was unfriendly and made me feel like I was already an inconvenience ( I wish I had cancelled the appointment). When I arrived, she was not welcoming at all—her attitude and facial expressions made it seem like she was being forced to do my hair rather than offering a service I was paying for. Without even asking, she walked me straight to the washing basin, and when I told her I had already washed my hair at home, she simply said, “Good, that saves time,” as if doing my hair was a favour, not a paid service. I had requested a blow-dry with straightening and curls (a £35 service), but she started curling my hair without properly straightening it first. When I asked her to straighten it before curling—as my hair is naturally frizzy—she replied that it would be “double work,” and insisted that she had already straightened it using a blow-dry brush. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I was paying for a full styling service, not shortcuts. She didn’t seem confident or experienced and I felt like a burden rather than a valued customer. I left very unhappy and By the time I left, my hair didn’t even look like it had been professionally done. I took a photo when I got home because I was so disappointed. I have uploaded the photo with this review so others can judge for themselves whether it looks like professional work. I honestly regret not booking with the other stylist Hulya in the same studio, who appeared much friendlier and more professional.Sadly, I won’t be returning. That said, I also had my nails done there yesterday and I was extremely happy with the service from Lan Nathan. She was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend her for nails. If you’re visiting this salon, I strongly suggest avoiding Lilly or Cecilia I don’t exactly remember her name but for hair service book with Hulya instead—she was working nearby and seemed much friendlier and far more professional. I really wish I had chosen her instead. Selam

I have visited Mehtap with my sister to have her hair badly damaged hair done. She's done an amazing job by saving her hair and giving a new lease of life. I have since been back for an amazing haircut for my curly and wild hair. I am absolutely in love with the style. We have now booked for my nieces wedding and can say she's now put family hairdressers for life.

Had my nails done last Fri with the younger gentleman and am very happy with the result! Had a regular pedicure & gel manicure (£48 total) - still looking great a few days later. I called a couple hrs earlier to let them know I was coming - there are only 2 nail Mani/pedicurists so I imagine walking in after work or peak weekend may be challenging.

Hulya was a pleasure to meet and so friendly! She was very accommodating to my schedule. She did an amazing blowout! Best ever and got it so smooth. I tend to get very frizzy but she smoothed it out so nice I won't worry about the humidity. She is so experienced and very professional. I highly recommend her to take care of any hair needs. She made my day!

I had 'Eyelash Lift & Tint' by Shell, she was amazing and very delicate, and gave me lots of aftercare tips. I'm very happy with my eyelashes now. Thank you, Shell! I also had a haircut done by Methap, she was very helpful at giving me advice on how to cut my hair, she is very knowledgeable, and her styling was amazing! On the other side, I didn't like how my nails were done: although they looked great, they thinned my nails so much, that I've been struggling with constant nail breaking, even after a couple of months of getting them done. I hope the grow fully soon, so I get my healthy nails again.

Hulya is amazing, she has been doing my hair for over 15 years. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Nothing is too much, she's professional, friendly and gives her honest advice on whatever style, cut or colour I may consider. She cuts my husband and kids hair and is always so accommodating. She's great at what she does and reasonably priced. Can't recommend her enough.
