   Outstanding service – 10/10. From the moment I entered through the Door to the time I walked away with my new glasses, the service I received from Lucy and Zeeshan was exceptional. Lucy was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable straight away. She went above and beyond at every stage, taking the time to ensure everything was explained clearly and that I was completely happy, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Zeeshan is clearly a highly experienced and knowledgeable optometrist. He explained my eye condition in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand, answering all my questions patiently and thoroughly. His professionalism and reassurance gave me complete confidence in the care I was receiving. Both Lucy and Zeeshan provided outstanding customer service and truly made the experience a pleasure. I couldn’t fault the service at all and would highly recommend them.

   The experience I had in the store was warm, welcoming and extremely efficient. The service I received from everyone was great. I’d not had an eye test for many years and Samaan put me totally at ease. The eye test itself was very comfortable.    The staff at Specsavers in Shipley are friendly and helpful. I’m usually not having to wait very long for my eye test. I am still waiting for the images of the back of my eye to be sent to my email. It’s been over a week and was meant to be done that day (4/11/25). I’ve had them sent before in 2021. I’m a photographer and like images of things like this, especially when it’s my own eyes, I find it interesting.

   I was really pleased with the care and attention of the staff, the flexibility of booking an appointment and then of the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to use a voucher from my place of work and was advised of all promotions available with different frames. I wasn't expecting to find a pair that I really liked but there was a huge range and I found some that I loved at a really reasonable price. They arrived within a week once ordered and were then fitted well.

   As always super customer service and support from the Shipley team. Seamless transaction and I’m over the moon with the Converse designer glasses I purchased pre Christmas. A 10 day turnaround is brilliant. Thanks to everyone especially to the young lad who helped me choose and fit the glasses . So sorry I have forgotten his name but I’m sure if I said he talked a lot you will know who I mean. That is meant in the best possible terms I assure you . Wonderful Shipley are number 1. 5 Stars..

   I went for a contact lens health check, the staff were all very polite. My optician took her time and went through all the checks with me and ensured I was informed and up to date with everything regarding my eye health/deals they provide with contacts and glasses. I left happy and reassured. Definitely got my moneys worth! Overall, very professional and helpful !
