   One of the worst eyebrow threading experiences of my life. One of the ladies’ completely ruined my eyebrows. There’s a language barrier and on top of that she just didn’t listen to what I was saying and did whatever she thought was right. She used the tweezer more than the thread???? I can do that at home then, what am I paying for. Definitely would not recommend.

   Went in the with a really bad hair colouring job but Ali was there to save the day he understood my vision and done the job very well done. Also the customer service is great and offered refreshment. I left a a very happy customer.

   Kindly fitted me in as another salon had cancelled my appointment at the last minute. Staff were friendly and knowledgable, I was offered coffee/drinks several times. Had full head of bleach highlights with toner, conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry. Absolutely fantastic job, would recommend and will definitely return.

   Had a waxing treatment at this beautiful establishment! 10/10. She noticed I was anxious and was so good at calming me down & distracting me. Semra was speedy and gave me the results I wanted! Would highly recommend.

   I have been coming to semrah for my hair cut for years. I am not sure why I didn’t think about leaving a review any earlier because every-time I come the service is absolutely immaculate! I popped in for a hair cut and eyebrow threading again just a few days ago and I had my 3 year old active little boy with me . At first I was anxious about taking him with me to the salon as I wasn’t sure he will feel comfortable sitting and waiting around strangers whilst I get my cut done but as soon as we walked in all the staff had big smiles and greeted us with warmth . My son felt comfortable immediately! Each staff member makes an effort to say hello and welcome you even whilst they are busy! They also offer you drinks whilst you wait. Emrah usually cuts my hair and he is an amazing hair stylist . He never lets me leave until I am completely satisfied with the cut . I had the opportunity to have my cut done by Ali this time and he was amazing too !!! These are all very highly qualified and professional stylists as well as kind and friendly individuals. Ali kept my son busy chatting and playing with him as well as cutting my hair both at the same time! ( not an easy task!) I left with an amazing cut and a big smile on my face because they are such lovely people and they really look after their customers . I don’t know what else I can say to recommend this salon enough ?! And lastly … Thank you everyone at Semrah , I really appreciate it !!!!!

   If you are thinking to go, please don't.. Worst pedicure ever, painful and really bad done. The colour all over the cuticles, the size of the nails random. Extremely bad. I had the bad idea of trying the eyebrows threading too. Even though I explained that I want to keep the same shape and thickness, they turn out awful and very round. I explained at the till what happened and I was going to pay anyway, but what surprised me is that the gentleman there really didn't care about any feedback. I think they are more keep to get your money without caring a bit of the service that they are offering in exchange. Honestly, worse experience ever.
