I have just had an amazing facial with Theresa. Not only is she so lovely, but she is so knowledgable and passionate about what she does. I have sensitive skin, and often in the past when I have had facials I experience some tingling. She thoroughly assessed my skin on arrival and not one product used caused any discomfort. My skin also looks absolutely dreamy following the session. I will definitely be back
I've been on the hunt for a facialist for most of this year and, as luck would have it, I found the amazing Theresa right at the end of the year! She is so patient, really listens to your skin goals and concerns (mine was to clear my skin up to go make-up free) and then proceeds to work her magic! The entire process was so relaxing I almost cried. My skin has felt and looked so smooth and hydrated since, her products and technique are also great for darker complexions like mine. I'll be seeing her again after a month so that says it all! Thank you Theresa!
First and foremost, Theresa is lovely! She listened so intently and clearly explained the treatment plan she recommended. She gave me an incredibly thorough facial, taking her time with my many extractions. My face felt as though a thick layer of grime had finally been lifted (I’m a chef in a hot kitchen, so that grime is not a metaphor!). The next day, my skin had a beautiful glow and radiance, and it genuinely felt healthier. I’m so pleased with the results and can’t wait to return to her monthly and begin a real journey toward long-term skin health.
Had the Men’s Signature Facial with Theresa today and it was genuinely really good. Super relaxing from start to finish. The extractions were done properly without feeling too harsh, and my skin feels much cleaner and smoother. Theresa was friendly, professional, and made the whole thing feel easy. If you’re thinking about getting a facial, I’d definitely recommend booking in with her.
After many hints to my husband he finally got me a Dollface voucher for Valentine’s Day and this week I had the most divine facial with Theresa and it lived up to the expectations. As someone with a basic skincare routine, Theresa educated me in what I was doing right and wrong and was able to tell exactly what my skin needed by looking at it. After some LED, a gentle peel and all the other things she recommended my skin was and still is absolutely glowing. She was able to recommend products that I could use to help my skin going forward and I’ll be saving to make sure I can visit her regularly. 11/10 recommend!
My friends had kindly gifted me with a bespoke facial for my birthday and after 7 weeks travelling, my skin was at its worse and I’d been feeling super self conscious about it. Theresa really looked after me, we had an informative discussion and went over my lifestyle and the products I used and it was a beautiful relaxing session and she really worked some magic as my skin was honestly noticeably different straight away! She recommended some products and some dos and don’t which I have been following and my skin is looking much better, and I’m not feeling self conscious about it. I will continue my appointments when I return from my trip as I know I’m in safe hands :)
I just had my first facial with Theresa last week and I definitely think it was one of the best facials I have had for a long time. We had an initial consultation to discuss my concerns and what we could do going forward, followed by a facial. It left my skin feeling healthy, plump and glowing without any greasiness or irritation at all. Overall great experience and will be returning for sure.
My husband and I had a truly wonderful experience seeing Theresa. She is extremely knowledgeable, understood exactly what we needed and was super very skilled in putting her recommendations into practice. It was such a treat to switch off and relax, as Theresa worked her magic! She offered heaps of advice on next steps and my husband and I can already see a difference.
