I was recommended to Jacqui many years ago by Mary at Beauty Essence. Jacqui fitted me in at short notice for a and the results were fantastic - I arrived looking like my hair had been dragged through a hedge backwards and left with a fantastic and glamorous curly blow-dry for my party that evening - thank you so much!! I have never found a hair stylist better than Jacqui. She not only does an amazing job, but also manages to make your time in her salon really enjoyable. I am still working from home and I am happy go back to the office when I need a haircut just so I can go to Jacqui.
Jacqui and her team always offer the warmest of welcomes and a wonderful hairdessing experience from start to finish. The service offered is first class - nothing like the chain hairdressers you find everywhere. I always leave the salon looking and feeling great. I have been a regular customer at Jacqui R for the past 13 years having previously tried out several different hairdressing establishments in the City. Not only is the welcome from Jacqui and her team always warm and friendly, the conversation lively and the offer of a drink, alcoholic or otherwise, always forthcoming in the first five minutes, Jacqui gives the best darned haircuts of anyone I've ever been to. Always leave there feeling like George Clooney. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the salon to anyone reading this. Go on, give them a try!
Visiting Jacqui R is an occasion to enjoy with a wonderful, super friendly and relaxing atmosphere and a lively conversation complimented with a glass of prosecco. But what matters most is that Jacqui and her team are exceptional hairdressers/stylists. I have been a client since the salon opened and have always been impressed with the end result. Can't praise Jacqui and her team highly enough! Their professionalism and friendliness are next to none and I can always feel confident that the results will be amazing. Most recently Lou worked miracles with my poor damaged hair (a result of years of over-colouring) returning it to healthy, soft, shiny hair once more. The girls are full of great advice on how to manage your hair at home between visits and I always look forward to coming back.
Jacqui doesn't only 'do' your hair, she advises you on a style that suits you, makes sure you're comfortable at her salon and offers you a hairdressing experience in an intimate environment. I've been coming to the salon for eight years and every time my hair colour looks natural and her advice on style suits me. Jacqui offers a personal approach to hairdressing that once you've tried you want to go back to. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who's had a bad hair experience. Julia
