Kirk is amazing, incredibly skilled, attentive, and passionate about what he does. He really listens, gives great advice, and delivers results that exceed expectations every single time. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with my hair.
I have very thick, complex hair, and the only person I’ve ever trusted blindly is the master barber who’s been cutting my hair since I was six. Over the years I’ve tried many barbers in London—including celebrity barbers I modelled for—and none of them ever truly satisfied me. I often ended up waiting until I could fly back to Italy just to get a proper cut from my longtime barber. This time, I had a photoshoot coming up and my hair was far too long, so I had no choice but to find someone in London. After extensive research, I picked a place that seemed “good enough” and reasonably priced. To be completely honest, my expectation wasn’t “excellent haircut” but something more like “I hope it’s acceptable and doesn’t mess things up too much before I go back to Italy.” But Keely exceeded every expectation I had. The cut was absolutely excellent—exactly what I wanted, or even better. I’d say it’s almost on the level of someone who has been cutting my hair for 20+ years and has won multiple international awards. The satisfaction of finding this kind of “rare gem” is indescribable. I finally have someone in London I can go to with full confidence—someone who isn’t a compromise, but a genuinely exceptional stylist who delivers outstanding results despite my high standards and complicated hair. And all of this at a price that delivers a far better result than barbers I’ve literally paid 1.5 to 2X as much for.
Been living in longer for over a decade now and I swear by this hairdresser now!! I won’t change it for another at all. Michelle keeps understanding what I want and she is able to create each and every time wonderful cuts. She is also the only hairdresser I have met who knows how to blow dry curly hair to the T. Came to get my hair done for graduation and came out so happy, definitely the best my hair has ever looked. Definitely the most relaxed and comfortable I’ve felt during a hair appointment, will definitely be back when I’m back in London. Can’t recommend enough!
Superb experience at Kleins with Su. Attended a consultation to discuss my hair, as it had been highlighted and dyed but I was looking to even out the colour. Su was so quick and accurate in assessing my hair, and planning the healthiest option to remove the layers of colour through my hair whilst avoiding breakage or dryness. When I returned for my main appointment, she spoke me through the plan, and a few hours later I was so happy with the end result! Really sleek hair, and love the colour. Su is incredibly knowledgeable with decades of experience in hair and colouring, and made me feel so relaxed (even excited) with how it would turn out. All the staff at Kleins are brilliant and very friendly and I have already booked my next appointment. The salon is a bit hard to find (Google Maps took me round to the back of the building on Hertsmere Road) so if routing, route to Burger & Lobster, and walk past B&L along the waterfront until you see the main entrance into the warehouse that says ‘Port East’, and Kleins is straight ahead as you walk in.
I had one of the best hair cut in London at this salon by Shannon! She is super nice and she gave me advice about my hair. My hair is amazing now and so happy I found her as is so hard to find a good hairdresser! she is amazing and her hands are so soft. Thank you Shannon, I will be back. Also the stuff is very nice and welcoming and the girl washing my hair was very nice and gentle. Very professional !!!
BEST HAIR SALON IN CANARY WHARF! Wonderful experience!!! I was offered tea/coffee on arrival. This was followed by a hair wash, conditioning and gentle head massage. Shannon, the hair stylist really listened and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! She also gave advice on treatments/hair spa suitable for my hair. She’s incredibly talented and so nice! I love my new haircut!!!
I have been using Kleins Hair and Beauty for at least 10 years and I have also introduced other people to Kleins. I am very happy with the service I receive. The technical aspects of cutting my hair are performed to a high standard and I am welcomed into the salon warmly each time I arrive. I have a good rapport with Sue, who regularly cuts my hair, it is a pleasure to see her each time I attend. The price is competitive and value for money.
I had a great experience at Klein’s Hair and Beauty, my haircut looks great. The products used were so nice and Shannon took great care in washing my hair and explaining what high street products would work best with hair type. She was really kind, totally honest with me and transformed my dull hair into a great look. All for a reasonable price! Will definitely be back.
