As always James treated Flash as if she was his own dog, she has no fear of going to the vets and is always pleased to see James and treated very well. The staff are very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this vet.
Tameside Vets Droylsden are amazing. We are always given a warm welcome when we arrive. We have 3 furbabies (Cats) and each appointment for health checks and annual vaccination’s go smoothly due to the lovely attention the vet gives to each of them, making the cats as well as myself feel at ease. Great practice. Recently fit us in same day for a check up as part of my pet plan. There's a helpful choice of four clinics. Thorough assessment. Clinic runs on time. Could be improved with reminders about included pet plan services and more transparency about costs (x-ray and dental) on the website.
I have used Tameside vet for a number of years and would happily recommend them. The receptionist are very helpful and I always ask for the same vet when I need to make an appointment. I have a nervous dog and the vet is so patient with him.

I've been a customer of Tameside Vets for over 25 years. The staff are fantastic, they always put you at ease and you can see they truly care about your pets! Wouldn't go anywhere else
Couldn't rate this vets highly enough. Managed to get us an appointment within 24hours for a litter of poorly kittens and personally i think they saved their lives. My usual vets is around a week wait if we are lucky. (Animal trust). Tameside are simply the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall quite good and supportive staff. Unfortunately the cost is never discussed prior to the appointment. A consultation fee of £50 is applied to everything. Neutering (female cat) £125. Microchipping £18. Do not buy probiotics, royal canin veterinary food or spot on treatment as it's insanely overpriced. Pets at home sell same stuff at least £5 cheaper and online for £10-£15 cheaper. Only thing I'm happy to have paid them for was a shot of antibiotics that I obviously couldn't get elsewhere, but I still had to pay +£50 fee even for a repeat appointment for same problem that their first treatment did not solve (I felt like a cash cow for them in that instance)
First went here in 2020 with a dog that wasn't very friendly, but she had a mass and needed operating on the staff were great, they could of turned her away and said no but they didn't! Then our other old dog who passed at home we took him there to be cremated the staff were all amazing! Now we have 2 youngsters and as always staff are brilliant thanks for being warm and friendly and kind it does make a diffrence, I've been to several vets over the years and especially starting from the reception team they are not always as friendly as you at this practise!
