Showed them my inspo pic and they were so faithful to what I wanted, even accommodating as and when I asked and advising when I was unsure. Always leave loving my nails, and staff can be very chatty with you, but if you prefer not to talk they’ll respect that too, just very accommodating generally. Would defo recommend!
Been coming to this nail shop for well over 5 years now, and everytime they have been amazing! They’re always accommodating to my designs & requests and always up for taking on my experiments lol. Will always recommend! Big love to Hien forever! She’s just the best!
Ive been coming to sewardstone nails bar for nearly 12 years and they are just amazing Im always satisfied and they will always do my nails how I have asked. All the staff are very welcoming and have a smile on their face. Thank You to all the team.
I have been coming here for some time now. Always welcomed with kind and friendly greetings. My nails have never felt or looked so good. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make your experience a great one and ensure your requests are met. I personally will not go anywhere else. My last set lasted nearly 5 weeks before I was able to get a infill due to being on my holidays and my toe nails are still hanging on after 7 weeks without even a chip. In terms of hygiene, all equipment used for pedicures is thrown away after use and a new one opened for each customer. All other equipment is sterilised after each use. Not all shops do this unfortunately. I have seen comments about pricing, however you pay for what you get and I am a happy girl every time I walk out. ☺️ The environment is clean, welcoming and friendly, the services are top tier and flexible to meet individual needs. Can’t recommend this place enough.
I recently visited this salon for the first time, using a £100 gift voucher purchased by my husband (the owner checked my voucher before we began treatment). The experience itself was genuinely lovely as the owner, who did my manicure, was warm and friendly and the technician (Mina) who did my spa pedicure was extremely thorough and gentle. I opted for cat eye gels and diamontes on one finger of each hand and the same on each big toe. The results were beautiful and I really appreciated the care taken by both staff members. However, I was quite shocked when the final bill came to £95, leaving only £5 from the voucher, which I gave as a tip to the pedicure technician (out of respect for her care and because I always tip). Unfortunately, the pricing just didn’t seem to add up based on the price list I was given with the voucher. Even when factoring in extras like nail art and cat eye gels, I couldn’t work out how the cost reached that total. What’s more disappointing is that when my husband purchased the voucher, the owner had mentioned I would “get lots” out of it. I had hoped to become a regular customer as the salon’s late hours are ideal for me after work. However, sadly, I don’t feel the value matches the cost and now feel quite ripped off. I didn’t raise the issue at the time and left happy with the look of my nails, but after reflecting and speaking with my 2 friends (who recommended the salon), I feel the pricing was excessive, unclear and felt like opportunistic overcharging. My friends say that they have never been charged anywhere near that amount for the same treatment (minus the cat eyes). So while I truly appreciate the service and the outcome (hoping it lasts!), I won’t be returning and that’s a real shame, as this could have become my go-to salon.
Nails chipped after a weekend, man who done my nails rushed them and was rude. Lady manager was very nice

Iv had my nails and feet done here many times everytime there is a problem with either their work or the lady manager she’s rude. She had me waiting for 5 hours even though I had an appointment but they are smart they start the process by putting your nails in solution and foil so you can’t leave, then they just leave you sitting there if you dare open your mouth to complain she starts getting loud I asked how much longer I would be there after 5 hour wait she said just because you have an appointment doesn’t mean you will get seen “do you get seen straight away at the doctors?” she’s a disgrace to her children as a mother and her husband as a wife she takes the workers tips and to be honest the nails are never really done properly hands or feet! The only person in there with manners is her husband he should get out of the arranged marriage while he can.
Had my nail done here for a long time, I am always happy. It’s a lovely place very professional. Hien the owner and her team always work to perfection . There like a family. Really when I go in there, it’s like a nice social setting, even though they do get very busy......they still have time for you !! Thank you Hien.
I love this shop! Hien is extremely nice, and does very good nails! Definitely recommend everyone to come!
