   I’m so so sad. I’ve been growing out my eyebrows for months. And I came in for a thread and just asked for a tidy up now I have one eyebrow thicker than the other. Never mind :(

   BEWARE!! ZERO RATING! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This salon is to be avoided at all costs and I would definitely not recommend them as a reputable salon. I had a luxury hydro facial treatment and my skin was clear prior to treatment. After the treatment I developed a large infected spot in the center of my face. This occurred due to the salon not using clean equipment and not following the correct procedures. I contacted the salon to explain my skin complaint and they did not accept any responsibility whatsoever. The spot has now left a mark on my face (3 months after I had the facial!!!) which I am really conscious about as it’s on the center of my face. I have visited my GP twice to get antibiotics creams. This is the worst beauty experience I have ever encountered. Please do not use this salon unless you want to end up with major skin issues.

   I have been going to Eternal Essence for a girlie pampering for the last 8 years, The staff is absolutely lovely. I am doing lashes, Eye brown threading, wax, manicure and pedicure with Vicky and Steph. Service and quality are absolutely AMAZING. I can give 10 stars. I highly recommend this place.    Lashes and Botox Lovely professional staff , very clean , always on time and can fit you in early if possible. offer professional advice and always make you feel comfortable. Often get lash extensions here and always look lovely and natural as I want. First time getting Botox was made to feel super comfortable and didn’t suggest extra areas , only recommended what would suit in line with what I asked for. Price also very reasonable and great availability. Would recommend highly. 10/10

   Lovely place to go to relax and have a treatment; from a quick eyebrow touch up to a full body massage. All the girls are lovely and helpful. Even with covid they go above and beyond to keep the place clean.
