Went for a consultation today and was made to feel very relaxed. The consultant Connie, was super knowledgeable and definitely knew her stuff. Was interested in HIFU and was given so much information about it. Also about other treatments I was interested in. Would definitely recommend this clinic, very professional.

Absolutely recommend this place for Laser Hair Removal. Connie was professional and kind and makes people comfortable for the laser. I chose this place initially because of the bad experiences with other places in Wanstead such as the therapist being impatient and rude especially for people who are a bit sensitive for laser but this place is a blessing. I have come back to this salon after a few years because I heard that the management has changed. The manicure and pedicure was perfect. The Decleor facial I received last week was very relaxing. I am little disappointed today when I had a back massage because the towel over the face hole in the couch was very hard and uncomfortable, it marked the skin on my forehead. When I mentioned it at reception they said its the tumble dryer. Not the therapists fault but an apology would have been gratefully received. Also if they knew the towel was too hard they should have used something else. I have had many treatments at various salons over the years and customer care is soooo important. Finally this salon is better than some others.
I have been coming to the salon for a while now - i have facials every 6 weeks. Had my first Decleor bespoke facial with Ellie today (new therapist for me but my regular facial). She was really professional and the facial massage in particular was wonderful. As a new client for her she had looked through my notes and took time to explain what she would be using. I had the rose mask today - which was new for me and it was lovely. I would highly recommend both Ellie and the treatment - 15 minute back massage is also included. I felt incredible relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatment. Looking forward to my next treatment.
