   I saw Jade last week for manicure and gels and this week Ayse for my first ever pedicure she also done a callous peel and gels. Both girls were so lovely and friendly and both done an excellent job and made me feel very special. Great work Kookachoo. Thank you all for such wonderful care and attention to detail.    First visit was great. Second visit not so much. When I let them know that I had a few problems after a face wax they asked for photos no problem. Asked me a few questions which was also fine. I was then told that I had 'a keen spot' on my upper lip or ' an ingrown hair '. Also fine but funny enough I didn't have it until I got waxed. I thanked them, told them not to worry which clearly they haven't as they did not reply. £66 spent in two weeks and I will not go back. I was made feel that I didn't know enough about my waxing hence the confusion about which wax I had. Check your computer. I don't work there!!!

   Not the best, came in to destress and undo some knots… Didn’t really feel anymore relaxed when I left, still achey places - the lady I had was polite and friendly but I’m not sure if she had long nails and perhaps that’s why there wasn’t much kneading etc. to be honest I didn’t want to make a point and offend her. Salon very loud/could hear people moving about the place and halfway through the appointment noisy music came on over the top of the usual calming music - tried to relax but just couldn’t with all that was going on. Ended up cutting the appointment short, mortified for myself and therapist (I genuinely hate to complain) as it was pointless dragging it out. I appreciate it was on an offer but I wouldn’t have bothered at all had I known in advance what the experience would be. If there are better/quieter appointments (mine was 9.25am) and someone who specialises in massage I would genuinely be interested to know as in the past I’ve enjoyed coming to Koocachoo. Please don’t take this as a rant, but I feel it’s important to share this one to keep customers coming back. Thanks again to the lady I had for doing her best
