   Come to the salon on Friday and had my hair done by Mehak. She has previously done my hair before and knows just how I like my hair to be done. I come in for full head highlights and was needed. I am so happy with the end result , managed to get my hair exactly how I imagined it to be and completely love it! Always does my hair so well and very friendly. Lovely salon with lovely staff. Would definitely recommended Mehak to others

   I had an amazing experience at this salon. I came in for a wash, haircut and blow-dry, and absolutely loved the service. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was even offered a coffee, which was a lovely touch. While I was there, I noticed the nail staff doing great work, so I asked about availability even though I hadn’t booked. They were able to fit me in for a manicure with acrylics, and I’m so glad they did because I love the results! Overall, a fantastic visit from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning ❤️

   Always love coming here! Have been to so many stylists etc… paid all prices and have to say this is by far one of the best! I’ve been coming here for quite a while now! They are great at listening to your needs and working with you to mitigate any concerns that you may have regarding your own specific needs… Had a bit of a hair transformation today and as always I’m very pleased with the results!! Thank you for listening and taking good care of me that is all that is needed from a good hairdresser/salon and unfortunately is always overlooked… But not here! Many thanks xx Ashley.

   Worst experience ever. I went there to refill my nails cuz my regular stylist was fully booked.There was so many red flags from the beginning... None of the equipment was cleaned,station was dirty and prior applying any base on my nails, my soft skin around the nails wasn't even cut/prepared. My nails were cut too short and when I point it out I was ignored and said no I did like u want to. Loads of nail isn't covered with colour which means I have to go again somewhere else next week.There was clearly language barrier and I felt rushed. At the end when I said I prepayed £30 (that's the price on Treatwell) I've been told-oh it's not enough but it's fine. I had to come back home and redo my soft skin around the nails... Update: Only way I can update my review is here unfortunately... I spoke with the owner on Tuesday evening to discuss my visit. She was very understandable and nice about the bad experience I had. She offered me another visit and stylist was so much better. There was still a bit of language barrier and was a bit uncomfortable at the beginning but she was lovely (Li ). She redo my nails the way I wanted to and I didn't feel rushed this time so thank you for reaching out and offering another service to fix bad experience. I'm leaving it as 4 cuz previous experience was 1 and now was lovely 5 so I tho 4 is fair rating x Thank you so much x

   This if for the rudeness of the staff towards its customers. I tried the nail salon only, can’t speak about the hairdressers. I witnessed many cases when they where being rude to other customers. They only really smile at you when you give them the money. No communication skills. Nails are okay which is why I am giving 2 stars.

   Massages: I had the most relaxing time. The salon is always busy but you just instantly get looked after and soothed Sam doing your massage. The room and bed and towels were perfect and i have gone there like 8 times now. Im a local and I wont got any where else.

   I have visited blossom and bloom salon a handful of times and its a very friendly welcoming place. Especially samina, she is absolutely wonderful in what she does. I just had my second facial with her and it makes my skin look and feel flawless. Samina is very good at examining the skin and using the products that will suit your skin. I’m so pleased with how my skin looks!! The whole process is also so relaxing I can’t wait for my next one! - today i also went for a 30 minute massage and i have to say it was exactly what i needed for the tension in my upper back and neck i’ve been suffering with recently. I highly recommend Samina if you want a excellent friendly service and a facial with gorgeous results!

   I have been attending Blossom and Bloom for a long time now both for nails and hair. Jenny does my nails to ‘perfection’ . Lisa and Adam have both done my hair and again are perfectionists. The salon is spotlessly clean and all the staff are efficient, professional and very friendly in my experience…..all listening to what you need and making sure you are happy. Great customer service . I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
