   I visited this salon yesterday for a haircut and asked about the cost upfront. They told me it was £15 with no mention of any other options. When they started combing my hair without water, I asked them to spray some because my hair wasn't straight. The stylist refused, saying I hadn't asked for a wash and blow dry. Not only did she not wash my hair, but she didn't even use a water spray to help, leaving it as is. Once the haircut was done from the back, she then told me that cutting the hair from the front wasn't included in the price and that I'd have to pay extra if I wanted that done-only mentioning this after the back was already finished. I would never recommend this place for a haircut. The price may seem low, but beware of fraud and provocation.

   Really loved it here! Despite some bad reviews, my pedicure and manicure were lovely! Nice, friendly staff and good service! Ended up having my eyebrows waxed too! The salon itself is a little 'tired' looking but that didn't matter a bit! Will definitely be going back!

   I recently visited this salon in a rush to get my pedicure done, as my usual place was closed. What a mistake that was! My friend and I both experienced some of the worst treatment we've ever received. The salon was shockingly unhygienic, with outdated facilities with food on the shelves. The gel they used seemed like it had expired ages ago. Despite opting out of the gel treatment, I still paid a hefty £23 for just the basic pedicure, which felt like a rip-off compared to the usual £35 for a gel pedicure. They only accept cash which also felt dodgy .To top it off, the lady who seemed to be the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional with her clients. Needless to say, I left feeling thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Avoid this place at all costs!

   The place is in a deplorable state, with products that appear outdated, and the service and value for money are virtually nonexistent. I requested a shellac pedicure that costs £35, and the result is shown in the first picture. I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction with the finish as it was being done, but the technician insisted it wasn't finished yet. It's evident they lack expertise. Another staff member inspected and, after I reiterated my dissatisfaction, instructed the technician to remove the gell. The second picture shows my nails after the gel was removed, with my big toe looking like it's at risk of infection. Despite this, I was still charged £23 for the unfinished service. Additionally, there was food on the shelves. I will go agead and report the establishment to quality control due to the dirt and unsanitary conditions.

   Worst experience ever for nails everything else was good. I’ve never had to write reviews for a service but these nails are terrible and for the price I paid I’m shocked at how bad they are. I had to keep pausing my service to try and rectify what he was doing but he just wasn’t listening. My normal tech is on holiday so I went to this salon on a whim and I’ve gone home upset looking for a salon for a take off. Avoid this salon at all costs if it’s to do nails. For reference I asked for square white tips they charged me extra for pink powder just to paint over it makes no sense.

   these people put colour on my hair and was too busy with others so it was on for 50 minutes and it burnt my hair and came out alot darker than anticipated. when i called to tell them about it the kady just hanged the phone on me.

   I do not recommend this salon. One of your employees is extremely unprofessional. When I sat in the chair I wanted my eyebrows and mustache to be waxed. It's not enough that the wax was terribly hot and almost burned me and she was extremely rude to me. I am not satisfied and would never go back there again.

   DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! They are using hair glue on the eyelashes for 1 secondly there technicians ARE NOT QUALIFIED! they have no clue what there doing!! My eyes have swollen and I’ve had to remove the lashes such a waste of money AVOID LADIES

   Amazing staff . Knowledgeable, kind , personal and professional . And prices are amazing too . Highly recommended if you’re in the area . I had massages , pedicures , facials . One of the best pedicure I’d not the best pedicure I’ve had . In depth treatment with staff not shy to do a proper job , whatever condition your pinkies are . 10/10
