I'm not really one for writing reviews, but I have to give a big shout out to 'Vera the Skin Whisperer!' Her facials and massage are the epitome of 'me time' and put you in a state of complete relaxation. Imagine going for a facial where someone takes the time at every visit to meticulously assess your skin and then tell you what your skin actually needs rather than rolling out the same facial each month! That is exactly what Vera does! She notices changes month to month in my skin that I don't. She is extremely knowledgable and gives amazing advice on how to care for your skin in between visits and how to preserve smoothness and elasticity. In the few months I've been seeing her, I can see a transformation in my own skin, and I am delighted! Thank you Vera!

I have had several procedures here including anti wrinkle treatments, filler, HIFU and skin tag removal. I always come away with great results as well as competent aftercare. This was my first visit to Flawless for a facial. I had the most amazing experience. First, I had my facial with Vera. It was the best facial I have ever experienced. I asked for advice regarding milia spots I had on my face and Vera spoke to Sonia regarding it. Sonia then took me to her consultation room and treated them without having had an appointment. Sonia then advised as to the next treatment I should have for my facial care. I booked another appointment immediately. It was the best treatment and experience I have ever had. I was very nervous of having any treatment on my face but at 48 it was time to do something! I was immediately put at ease because Sonia at Flawless Aesthetics really knows her stuff. She explained everything and was very reassuring. I had Botox first and then returned for 1/2ml lip filler on another occasion. I have since returned a number of times because the results are so good and I feel so much better about myself. I would highly recommend Sonia and who will give a very honest appraisal of what she feels will benefit your face and enhance your natural features. She will not just plough ahead if she thinks it won’t meet your expectations or the look you are seeking and is there for any questions after your treatment. I now travel 60 miles each way as I moved areas, just to see her because I am so pleased with the results and don’t want to go anywhere else! 100% recommend. Great value too.
