I regularly have my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Shanila and cannot recommend enough, shes fantastic at shaping my brows and I often get compliments on them. Plus her method is painless compared to others I have been to!
I have been going to Shanila’s since she 1st opened and I would never go anywhere else. I am always made to feel welcome and very pampered. All of the treatments are brilliant, especially the massages and eyebrow threading. Staff are always attentive and friendly. I love it here and would highly recommend her salon to anyone.
I recently went for laser hair removal had over 12 sessions and no result. I went yo another salon and after one treatment there was an immediate difference. According to my doctor and dermatologist the wrong treatment has been used for my skin and I have been charged so much for a poor service I also had shellac done and after 2 days it's peeled off and the lady refused to fix without a full charge total rip off Don't go here for treatments you will be conned

The butcher of Essex! I dropped in for a upper lip and eye brow wax. The place itself was very pleasant. However the woman who performed the treatment was unskilled, resulting in my sporting several huge spots due to irritating my skin after not conducting the technique properly (which I previously did not know was possible). I would not go back there even if they would pay me for it.
