Worst blow dry I’ve ever had. Rudest staff. Charging central London price for a very uncentral location and not a nice salon. She kept scratching me with her ridiculously long fingernails and didn’t use a hairbrush but used her long extension fingernails to brush my hair So strange. Don’t go!

I got my nails done here by the nail technician Rebecca and it was perfect! She listened to all my requests and was an extremely charismatic, hospitable and caring staff member. I had no issues and the place was very well kept and clean! Thank you for your service!

Update 7 September: In response to my review, your business is now claiming “it wasn’t us.” This is not accurate, the service took place on 28 June. Rather than deflecting responsibility, I would encourage your business to take accountability and focus on improving the experience for future clients. My nails were soaked in a bowl of acetone (not cotton buds) then not filed down properly. I write all my reviews with honesty and fairness, and my experience with your service unfortunately did not reflect the professionalism expected. It is absolutely okay for a business to make a mistake, take accountability and do better - but from your response, I see why the service was the way it was. Zero accountability at all levels, and immediately blaming the client. Disappointed. Original review: I visited this salon for acrylic removal and was very disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, the acrylic was not fully removed, and instead of using proper tools and techniques, I was instructed to place my fingers directly in acetone, which felt careless and damaging. I had to go to another nail technician who was shocked at how the acrylic was not removed - and had to first remove it. This is not a simple error. Just carelessness. Afterward, I requested gel polish, but when I accidentally knocked one nail while drying, I was told to leave it as is rather than having it corrected (I had to stand my ground to have it corrected - just astonishing). It seemed clear that because I wasn’t purchasing a full new set, my service was treated with less care and attention. Overall, I left with damaged nails and an unsatisfactory experience. Professionalism and customer care should not depend on how much a client is spending.

Best nails I’ve ever gotten! Rebecca was so fast and did my nails amazingly. The shop is also so clean and beautiful - can’t recommend enough!

I don’t often write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Tony’s Beauty so others know what to expect and can choose a salon that values customer care instead of leaving you disappointed. Customer experience should be the top priority for a business like this, yet they completely failed to deliver. I left with nails that looked worse than before and staff who seemed more irritated than willing to help. For the prices charged, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I cannot recommend this salon. My first visit with Denis was disappointing - she seemed uninterested, offered no advice when I was unsure about colors, and had a dismissive attitude. The nails looked mediocre and several broke within days while I was on holiday. Hoping for a better experience, I tried Rebecca. She was friendlier, but the work was rushed. Instead of properly repairing three broken nails, she glued them, and two broke again the next day. When I returned, Rebecca was unavailable, so I went back to Denis. Unfortunately, the customer service was worse - she was annoyed, refused to help match the color (which had been chosen by Rebecca), and remarked that they see too many customers to remember. The repair was sloppy, with polish on my skin, dust trapped under the gel, and an uneven finish.

I have done manicure last year which was disaster and never came back. I got Told there is a new one who is decent (I live nearby) now and booked an appointment. I arrived today she wasn’t even there nor they informed me to cancel my appointment. I finished work earlier to come and nothing… 0 apology from them too. So bad! Avoid avoid avoid

This place used to be called Bhueti and they recently changed their name. I’m going to tell you exactly why - they ruined my hair (and I’m sure many others). I had perfect virgin hair and the hair stylist completely burnt my hair. It’s been over a year and it still hasn’t recovered. I even went in a day before to make sure they knew what they were doing and promised me it was good to go. The following day I returned, excited to dye my hair, and was ready. As soon as they dyed my hair, blow dry AND treatment, I noticed my hair was snapping. My boyfriend noticed it as soon as I got in the car and he noticed my hair just looked a lot shorter. This was because of the burning in my hair and the products used. They should not have dyed my hair, if they didn’t know how to, and a year later, I am suffering. I use hair masks, oils and natural treatments to get my hair back but it will NEVER be the same. This is the worst place and if you care about your hair. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING WITH THEM. They changed their name for a reason!!

This is my regular for mani/pedi and hair, always met with a high standard of service, patience and warmth by everyone who works here (and I’m a pretty fussy customer!). They do gelX/Apres nails too but have a great range of other options and have used them to style my hair for weddings and events as well as for my standard cut/blow dry. Always love it and keep coming back!

Awful place, some of the staff are lovely but one is extremely rude and unprofessional and made me feel SO uncomfortable, and the salon was dirty with old nail clippings on the table and the roof dripped all over me. Half my nails fell off after 24 hours. I was told the member of staff I had a bad experience with was on trial and was no longer at the business but I can see from the most recent reviews on Treatwell this was a lie. Absolutely no apology given by anyone for my awful experience. I have now been chasing a refund for over a month. The salon themselves refused to give me an full refund. Booked through Treatwell and even Treatwell can’t get in touch with them for a refund!
