A warm welcome from Leanne on reception who saved me by having a spare phone charger, politely declined the offer of a drink as a thank you (bosses please note : consumate professional!). Fast, efficient check in. Room immaculate, restaurant opposite again wonderful hospitality and packed at 6pm on a cold wet December evening, you guys are clearly doing something right. A lovely Premier Inn with a great location ( close to central wakefield but far enough away to be quieter).We were greeted by receptionist Teresa who was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us lots of information. Our room was on the second floor and could be easily accessed by a lift or the stairs. The room itself was a spacious twin/family room (with a large double bed and a single bed). The bathroom was an adequate size with a bath and a drench shower above. Servicing of rooms is only done by request to reception staff and this suited us well. Right next door is the ‘RhubarbTriangle’ Brewers fayre where great quality and reasonably priced meals can be had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another one with the lovely Teresa before leaving!
I had a great stay at Premier Inn—the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special shout-out to Teresa at the front desk, whose friendly, helpful attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Stayed for 1 night for work. The room was clean enough but the TV was a bit iffy. I wanted to use my laptop in bed but all of the plug sockets were too far away to have it plugged in. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Great location. Had to be let in to our room as key card wasn't working for anyone. Apparently. Speaking to other guests this is a common problem. Makes it difficult to come and go freely. Rooms clean and standard. Bed wasn't very comfy, nor the pillows. Didn't sleep well.
Great Premier Inn location on the outskirts of the town. We stay here while visiting family and over the years the surrounding area has grown with various shops and restaurants near by, including a Starbucks, Aldi, Iceland, subway, McDonald's etc. Fab hotel for a great price and the plus is the staff are always extremely helpful and freindly.
We traveled from Bristol to visit my dad! He spends a lot of time in hospital. The staff at premier in have made our stay really welcoming . With a nice relaxed environment. My mother and I stayed at this hotel while visiting my Aunt and Uncle. It was an absolutely fabulous hotel - check in was simple and they checked if we needed our room serviced or anything else. The remote for the TV didn't work, the reception clerks bought multiples until they found one that did. We were supplied extra towels, tea, coffee and milk without any fuss at all. I could not find a single thing wrong and would stay again in a heartbeat. It was fantastic.
I use this hotel regularly for work. The rooms are always clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff are great, nothings ever too much trouble and they are always friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome here.
