   If you're going to wow brows only go to Zarish. She very polite and professional. Always with a smile. If her daughter is there avoid. Safe your time and money, as she's extremely rude, had no customer service experience and doesn't know how to do a simple eyebrow threading. I feel so the negative reviews are due to this rude lady. If booking an appointment only book if Zarish is there in the salon.

   I really don’t know what kind of products, sterilisation or hygiene they have in this place but I saw no cleaning of an area after a customer and asked me to sit down. I got eyebrow waxing and they didn’t hurt much at the time but after she asked to thread on top of the skin that had already been waxed, hurt like hell and now I look like this. Almost 24 hours after the procedure my skin is burnt and hurting a lot.

She and the ladies there are all so friendly and welcoming and do an incredible job every time for a really reasonable price. I can’t recommend them more! I get so many compliments about my lashes and eyebrows and it’s all thanks to them.

   Amazing experience, Zarish has done my lashes, eyebrows and always makes sure everything is done to perfection. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family. I visited 3 weeks ago and saw a customer complaining and now it’s on Google, do ignore this review as I witnessed her shouting at Zarish and she accused her of expired glue when it was the date of manufacture. She probably didn’t look after her lashes as well as she should have. Even for her daughter, Zarish explained all her lashes were there but 5 were missing. I had to tell the lady to not shout as I was getting my treatment done

   Avoid this place me & my daughter had lashes done mine were falling out within the hour I went back and she put a few more in this was on a wed by the Saturday they had all fallen out! I was at a wedding and was so disappointed my daughter took a photo of my eyes with no lashes we went back there tues after some disagreement where I was told how do I know they have fallen out I replied why would I go to the bother of sending photos as proof and she could see on Tuesday that I didn’t have any left. she agreed to do some more infills for my daughter and she said she would do me another set on Thursday. By Wednesday my daughter developed a eye sty! I then decided not to take any chances with my own eyes so didn’t go back. we found the lady extremely rude and all she kept saying was well Gemma Collins is always happy with hers! We have had lashes done elsewhere with really good results so for a cost of £45 each for lashes that didn’t last more than 3 days is expensive I would have been better buying a set of stick on ones. I would strongly advise anyone using this business she is more interested in spreading gossip about her clients which goes against client confidentiality AVOID!!!

   I have been going to Wow Brows for a couple of years, even though I have now moved further away from the salon I still drive 40 minutes to get my eyebrow treatments done by Zarish, she is professional and friendly. She always makes me feel welcome and the salon is clean. I have tried a couple of different treatments in the past but have always been happy with the outcome. It’s a popular salon so sometimes you do have to wait but it’s absolutely worth it and the regular clients are always happy to wait. It has a wonderful atmosphere and to be honest if she were to shut up shop I’d probably not let anyone else touch my eyebrows.

   The worst beauty experience I've ever had. The salon is dirty. Woman who runs it serving 3-4 customers at the same time, doing everything in a rush. I did the lush lift, that turned out horrible. Half of lushes on one eye are all curled up pointing in different directions. I've been doing lush lift for years, and this is absolutely horrible job. Woman who did the work refused to give money back and accused me of giving attitude even I've been nice the whole time. Very rude! Unprofessional! Disgusting! Upd: Just to reply to the owners comment below - I am just gonna leave the photo of your work here for other beauticians to judge. This this lush lift, wow indeed!
