Happi is amazing!The service she provides is phenomenal. I have been a client for 9 years. Nothing is too much, from eyebrows to nails to hair. She is welcoming, accommodating and creative and wears her smile readily to welcome all.
Quite a sad experience today. Went to get my eyebrows done - and Happi mentioned i could do with moisturising my face as I looked tired. I said i was quite tired, and mentioned I’m pregnant and a lot going on - to which she responds “ it doesn’t matter”, and she carries on threading. So i took from this it doesn’t matter your going through try and moisturise etc which i thought was okay/whatever. Then she offered me a brief face massage i said no i had a meeting to get back to and i didn’t have the time. Once again i explained i hadn’t been well and was tired. As i go to pay - she then starts giving me midwife advice about “ don’t put on any weight now during the pregnancy, eat really healthy etc etc” and i nod gracefully and Im not a size 8. She then says it again, and considering when i mentioned i was pregnant during the threading bit, she didn’t say congratulations or anything positive. And that was before she asked me what my religion was? Whats that got to do with anything? So now im paying, and mentioned peacefully i came to get my eyebrows done because i like her work, and this wasnt the first time she had indicated body weight and said in a calm manner this will be the last time i come here. She tried to stop me to get her to explain she didnt mean it in that way and held my hands quite tightly not being able to leave the shop whilst my husband was waiting outside in the car. I Managed to walk out after unlocking the shop door but she wasn’t prepared to listen to a word, still grabbing onto my hands in some man - handled way whilst on the pavement. You have no right to touch anyone or grab anyone like that - I understand you knew you was in the wrong but you have no right to grab anyones hands like that especially as I was trying to let go and you didnt. People go to the beauty parlour for all sorts of reasons, eyebrows, waxing feel good factor etc etc. Thats it. Happi - you mentioned today your rent went out today given today was a very quiet day. Maybe you need to think about how to treat customers, there”s no need to ask about religion, no need to comment on peoples bodys - people will stay if they leave the door feeling great. As a 5 month pregnant lady today, who actually said was knackered, not well and had a lot going on i just wanted my eyebrows fixed. I love coming here to do my eyebrows, Happi is so nice, the service here is always amazing and friendly. The shop is always clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. When Happi went away to Pakistan for a few months I was waiting for her to come back!! She is the only one I trust to do my eyebrows, she is genuinely so sweet and kind. I would definitely recommend this place they do lots of different treatments too!
I have used this salon for the last 2 years after moving to Ilford. I tried a few different places but this salon was the best one for me. Happi and her colleagues are friendly and professional and their work is amazing. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my eyebrows and they do them so perfectly. I have had laser sessions which have worked really well. They use a modern machine which caused zero pain and excellent results. The facials and massages are also great. Very good value for money and I would highly recommend this place!
Very qualified, professional and polite. I went with damaged hairs and she understood my problem very well and suggested best hair treatment with reasonable prices. I am very happy with my hairs now after Keratin treament☺️definitely going back again.
Really pleased with this salon staff. They are very polite and professional. Always got appointments on my requested day & time. My hair colour, cut and blow dry always spot on. Very reasonable charges but full dedication of staff. That’s the reason I always go there even though it’s 45 minutes drive for me to that salon. Recently I had a hydra facial and my dull dry skin looks much younger , glowing & smoother. Even my husband noticed it ☺️. Defo recommend it to all ladies. ❤️
