   A 5 star experience at the Blo Bar, Buckhurst Hill today. It was my first time in this friendly and professional salon. Micky helpfully assisted Chloe wiht my hair being carefully washed, conditioned and initially dried. Chloe achieved exactly what I asked her for-a bouncy/volume blow dry which I find difficult to do myself. Chloe has excellent hairdressing/technical skills, as well as being empathetic and customer care focused. Overall a great first time experience in this local, well managed salon. I look forward to regular visits! Meantime I highly recommend Micky and Chloe to other customers.

   Chloe is amazing. I love the way she blow drys my hair. My blow dry lasts me seven days and I look forward to seeing Chloe each week. Chloe is polite and professional and is always on time for me. Thank you Chloe I’m looking forward to my next appointment with you xx

   I went to the blo bar today and I have left a very happy lady. The staff and results are amazing. Claire did a colour consultation with me and I told her to do what she thinks. The results are fabulous ….. I’ve never know my hair to look as vibrant and healthy. I have never really been loyal to hairdressers but I will not go anywhere else from now on ! Thank you so much to the blo bar team.

   Honestly my favourite salon ever. Clare, Jasmine, Laura & all the girls are not only amazing at what they do but such lovely people too. The salon is also so nicely decorated inside. I always look forward to going there & leave more than happy with my hair every time!

   I was able to book an appointment the day before, which was really great. Staff were really friendly too. My problem was the end product. I wanted my hair styled for my brother's wedding. I had shown a picture and asked if they were able to do that style at the time of booking, which they said yes. It was supposed to be side swept big curls with a volumized quiff... it turned out flat and little waves, if that.. I kept telling the lady more volume and referring to the picture. She even got another lady to try do my hair. After 45mins I just said ok and paid and left as I didn't have time to stay and let them keep trying to sort it. The 'curls' didn't even last the 2 min drive to my parents house even though I specifically asked - will this last the whole day? and she said yes I will spray it lots. It looked like nothing was done to my hair! Everyone was asking me when I was supposed to go to the hairdressers! I was so upset!! Time and money wasted and my hair looked so ordinary for a special occasion. I wouldn't recommend this place.

   Had an excellent experience. I have extremely thick hair and was made to look amazing in just 55 minutes including a free fringe trim! I will definitely be returning very soon indeed. It’s a busy salon which shows just how good they are and everyone’s hair looked fab!
