Haircut was awful. Eyebrows were not great either. Didn’t listen to what I wanted. Also staff are rude. Will not be returned waste of money.

I booked a Red Carpet Hydra Facial, 1 hour 30 minutes, very last minute this morning and called to see if they could do me a pedicure, salon was very accommodating - the facial exceeded my expectations - Raheela was amazing and made me feel so relaxed I really enjoyed my treatments - will be definitely booking again.
I was left absolutely shocked during and after my treatment with La Chic. I asked for a gel manicure and the lady had no idea what she was doing she put my hand in a dryer claiming that it’s the UV light my fingers were literally burning in the heater. My pedicure was absolutely shambolic the nail polish was clumpy thick and bubbly it’s not even been 24 hours and it’s chipped. I just don’t understand what on earth happened. The whole process was a disaster. I was there for 2 plus hours as things were being reapplied numerous times. My foot is still in the same condition or even worse. The pedicure didn’t even smooth out my foot. Worst place ever. In fact they had the audacity to charge me for a manicure and pedicure. Only nice thing was they didn’t charge me for the gel polish. But they only knocked off a few quid. The whole service was a mess I wanted to run!! My poor hands and foot :(
Posting on behalf of my mother: Today was my first visit to la chic and it won't be my last. Booked a massage with Ratna. It was amazing!! The hot stones were fantastic, and her actual massage was excellent. Felt very comfortable and very relaxed. Cannot recommend my experience enough. Will definitely re book. Tracy field
I had a 1hr facial and 40min hot stone massage...and it was amazing! The facial was first and literally put me to sleep! My skin is so super smooth! It was the first time I've ever had a hot stone massage and I was not disappointed:-) she used the hot stones and her hands and arms and literally relaxed my whole body. Would definitely recommend going and getting either one or both of these treatments at La Chic! I'll definitely be booking again!
