   Ghazala has been professional & informative throughout my PRP treatment.    Shumaila staff at the Chigwell branch are friendly, very professional and know what they a are doing. I went with skin concerns and they recommended the right treatments (things I didn't even know about), they took their time to talk me through the treatments, time to consider and answer all my questions. I get a range of treatments and recommend them all highly, in particular Bushra at the Chigwell branch who is very patient and knowledgeable. My skin is always glowing, its tightened and wrinkles are massively reduced. I feel 10 years younger.

   Went for a deep tissue massage. Booked a package of 6 - excellent value for money. The salon is small and simple - nothing fancy but they make an effort with the lighting and the soothing music. I had a lot of stiffness and loads of knots in my upper back. Saddaf was my masseuse, she is excellent and knows what she is doing and just after 1 session, my back felt so much more supple and she managed to reduce my knots considerably and after 3 sessions, they were almost gone. My back feels less stiff now and the pain is much much better. Really pleased with the service. I think after I complete my package of 6, I'm going to book another one and keep up with regular massages and they really do work.

   I have had 8 sessions of laser done now at Shumaila’s and I am really pleased with the results so far. I have quite thick hair, but noticed a big difference even after the first session and now I have very little hair growth at all. Sabaf is doing my laser and she is so friendly and professional. The salon is clean and I would definitely recommend it to others wanting to try laser hair removal.

   Sadaf has been responsible for my laser hair removal on my legs, neck, bikini area and underarms. She is extremely friendly, making sure I always feel comfortable before and during the treatment. She is always careful to explain the pre and post treatment guidelines. The actual hair removal has been painless and extremely effective. There are no dark patches from shaving and my skin is now an even tone and smooth from the hair removal. She has also been extremely accommodating with timing and cancellations, as I don’t finish work until late she always squeezes me on on weekdays after 6:30.
