Simran is a fantastic therapist. Always welcoming and helpful. She really listens to what I want with my eyebrow shaping and tint, the course of laser treatment I’m having is painless and working well. The hydrafacial is also highly recommended.
I have been using Shumaila’s Loughton for a few years now. I am reaching towards the end of my laser package and the results are amazing. My skin is much smoother and practically hair free! The new machines are quick and relatively painless. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nadia in particular has been amazing so a special thanks to her. I have been coming here for years for different treatments, and recently for laser hair removal. I will not go anywhere else as the customer service is second to non. I mostly see Nadia when I come and she is fantastic. Takes her time to explain treatments and treatment benefits. I am ecstatic with the results. I had a very highly pigmented hirstitute face, and with the treatments I have received at Shumaila's, the hair growth is massively reduced and my skin tone is evening out. I am very pleased.
Nadia is absolutely amazing! I come here for my laser and the results have been great. My hair growth has slowed, the hair is finer and softer. Currently under going laser hair removal. Just finished first set of 6 sessions and the hair is growing back finer and in patches. Great to see these results!
