   Worst salon experience I’ve personally ever had. I was disappointed with my experience at this salon. The styling felt very tight for me personally, and I experienced a lot of discomfort during the appointment. Afterward, my scalp felt extremely sore, and I’ve noticed some balding in the area. When I tried to discuss my concerns, I didn’t feel heard or supported, which added to my frustration. During my appointment, I also overheard an incredibly racist conversation that made me very uncomfortable. The comments I heard from staff, including the person working on my hair, felt inappropriate for a professional setting, especially considering I am a person of colour having to hear this. I understand the salon later mentioned that nothing was picked up on CCTV, but the conversation I heard was taking place right above me and was very audible to me at the time, CCTV couldn’t pick that up over the sound of hairdryers! Overall, I left feeling uneasy and not cared for as a customer. I hope the salon can take feedback like this into consideration to improve future client experiences.

   Lovely friendly salon, amazing professional service. Lily knew exactly what I wanted and she did it so well I got a more than perfect result. I would recommend Lily to do your hair she’s on point! They even fitted me in same day.

   I rarely write reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. It was torturous; my hair was painfully pulled throughout. Even now, in the evening, my scalp is still sore from my morning appointment. I came with a picture, and we discussed what could be achieved. I was hopeful, especially after spending £330. I brought my own expensive extensions, and we agreed the color would match closely, with the front frame blonde blending in. However, after toning, my hair turned silver, which I never requested. Despite having my extensions for color matching, I felt ignored. I don't recommend this place and will never return. Also Lola's immature behavior was evident as she loudly complained about my dissatisfaction with my hair. I could hear everything, yet she didn't speak to me or try to help with the situation. It was expensive, awkward, unpleasant, and uncomfortable. Avoid.

   My regular hairdresser had cancelled on me last minute so I was pleased to get an appointment at Krystallised at short notice. Lily listened to my needs and took note of the photo I showed her. She gave me good advice and ultimately a great hair cut which looks like the photo! Very grateful to have found krystallised! I will be returning! (Great they have a car park too!)

   I love this Salon. I stumbled across it last summer, and they are amazing. Really expert service, and the girls are a genuinely lovely and exceptionally helpful. I needed a VERY last minute appointment, which they kindly accommodated. Lily was amazing today. Excellent work, and really pleasant demeanour. I messed up the appointment, with incorrect details re hair. But even though she defo didn’t have enough time, she refitted my extensions perfectly and without any fuss. Was in and out in under an hour, despite the awkward job! Top drawer salon. Highly recommend.

   The most stylish and welcoming salon. The team are so friendly, and before visiting I was apprehensive as some salons can be a little offish. The ladies at Krystalized are so friendly, polite and professional. It was a pleasure to be in their company and have good chit chat whilst having my hair done. I had a full head of colour and extensions, I left the salon feeling like a brand new woman, and have since been back and will continue to use this salon as my new hairdressers! Highly recommend, they made me feel welcome and made me look brand new :-)
