   I'm very disappointed with the service and management of the shop. I tried to make an appointment with a lady I like because I'm really busy at work, and they're not often open on time. Several times, I arrived at 10 AM, but the shop wasn't open. This time, they finally opened on time, but the lady wasn't there. I was told she was parked somewhere and they made me wait for 20 minutes without informing her. I had to ask another lady to please give her a call, and then I found out she was doing shopping and wouldn’t be back for another 20 minutes. How can you run a business like this? It’s such a waste of time! If you have the camera then you should know why you have this review. I was not happy because of your staff lied to me and make me wait but not disrespectful. You treated client WITH RESPECT by leaving the shop and go shopping ? And your staff lied to your client twice ? Dont blame on your client because of your unprofessional staff and management!

   I’ve been going to WowBrows for threading, eyebrow tint, and LVL lash treatments - and they are honestly amazing. The girls are super friendly and always make you feel really welcome from the moment you walk in. The tint lasts really well, and the LVL gives my lashes a beautiful lift without needing extensions. Highly recommend if you want flawless brows and lashes every time!

   Went in last week upon recommendation, I called ahead stating I needed an eyebrow wax. Went in , was rushed out took under 1 minute. I wasn’t asked how I liked them or anything. I came out of wowbrow with hairs over my face still and I had to go over them myself after I got home. It was a Friday and they were closing so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I messaged them the same day. Had a reply a week later asking me to go in, went in the following day - and was told not to leave it a week in future I was met with hostility from the manager, and made to feel it was my fault and they began talking about it as I left. All I’ll say is that If the job had been done correctly the first time I wouldn’t have needed to go back.

I went to them as my regular was, I’m writing quite late, I had an amazing experience, they really looked after me and was really gentle and patiently dealt with my request, first time I only went for a eyebrow threading but I’ve had lash extension and evening make-up too. Waiting for them to reopen. Thank you.

   I have known the girls for a few years and they are one of very few places who listen to their customers and always adjust the treatment according to the individual. I always get my eyebrows threaded and they always do a brilliant job to the extent of waxing any fine hairs that can't be threaded. They recently recommended tinting and although I was hesitant at first , they adjusted the time the tint is left on so I wasn't overwhelmed. I'm converted now ! If you want the right advice , these are the girls to go to , they are extremley polite and they always remember the last personal conversation you had!!

   Excellent friendly, clean and very accommodating to everyone. Love have my eyebrows tinted there and my eyelashes LVL done. All the treatments they do are professional and to a high standard. They are professional and welcoming and hard working. Never turn people away which is great. I am always happy with the service they provide because it’s always excellent. Fun atmosphere in the salon too.
