   I worked at 2018 with Link2Recruit... I got sacked after with medication issues by Chris Woods and Sarah from Recruitment. I am qualified welder from college with NVQ Level 2 and still held the certificate... Unfortunately, it's just only 1 and half weeks to work in there. Health and safety - Very poor environment, uneven floor, too much junks laying around without "housekeeper" types and less experience welders people. Staffing - 30 out of 100... It's was okay... But, supervisor refused to move me in different department due foreign "Romanian" language had been struggling to communicate with due begin deaf... Had been told supervisor and manager dozens of times and never get my complaints to be heard at... Recruitment - Absolutely awful recruitment... One of lady called Sarah in Link2Recruit had been tried flirting with me while trying to fill out the forms. There's was no medical consent form as there's just only 2 or 3 pages to filling out. She'd go on the phone and rushing me out soon as possible to finish it off. Got told that Chris Woods is able to use sign language. Unfortunately, he never shown me of his signing language as I had been lied to. I will not recommend to work there nor hiring them due the quality inspector would never checked properly at all. And give to construction sites for fencing. It's highly risky towards to other workers to get injuries by these company. I am hoping that the HSE would able to see this review from this. 1/10 - disgraceful places to work at and felt I begin discrimination at by them :/

   Dirty working areas dirty toilets more foriegn workers than english so its hard to get a conversation and the quality of work they produce is average at best and they sack people for no reason at all.

   Nice people on the phones. However, after ordering 200 odd crowd control barreirs to hire to a client of ours at London Excel, they let us down massively. They had no idea what time we booked for delivery (4pm, specifically) and then ended up turning up about 4 hours late. Keeping the client and 7 of my staff on site. They told us they were running on time, and it wasn't until we spoke to the driver that he explained that he was so late. We had to battle, finding out of hours numbers to get them to send another vehicle They blamed closed roads as a 'force majoure'. However we experienced the same traffic with our fleet of 10 vans and were on time for 50 deliveries in London that day....go figure. They made us an offer to cover some of our costs, when we said that wasn't enough they retracted their offer and handed it over to their legal team. Outragous, Negligent and aggressive dealings in my opinion. Be careful about trusting any important stuff to them!
