Had an issue with return of some curtains today. The Next assistant Anna was amazing and managed to sort the issue out which customer services couldn’t. Anna was professional, thorough, courteous and prompt: nothing appeared to be too much for her. She is an asset to Next Aintree store! Thank you Anna!
Lovely shop. Lots of choice from clothes, shoes, for men women an children. Also a lovely home department. Staff where helpful, seemed a little understaffed by the ques at the til. There is free parking an disabled bays on the retail park, be warned it does get very busy for parking.
Spotless clean shop! Reasonable prices, I think the most can find clothes whatever occasion they need for… Busy Aintree Shopping Park, although the Next is never overcrowded! Top quality clothes and household items (chairs, sofas, beds etc) from the kitchen through the bedroom to the bathroom! Well managed place, highly recommended for anyone.
Store is ok but I hate the new way of collecting parcel. Was much more efficient and private when collected from the tills.
Clean well organised store. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful.
Purchased 3 tops . . Had to return to Next the following day as 2 were on wrong hanger (sizes). Also, Next need to consider staff distribution across till areas, the wait at the ground floor children's wear tills (also click and collection point) is ridiculous.
Our first visit since the store moved to these larger premises. Very much a flagship store, with the usual Costa on the first floor. Similar in layout to the our new Next in Tamworth, and clearly the blueprint for all the stores that are in the process of being upgraded.
Large new building...spacious layout for different departments except for 'Women's Clothing'. All clothes are on top of each other...the area is too small and too busy in respect of how clothes have been laid out and the lighting further back is too dark. Thus, making quality clothes look cheap and nasty...this is not the standard we know of Next.... Needs to be addressed sooner than later!!
