   Absolutely terrible experience!!! First of all, I couldn’t find the place as there is no sign on the shop. I went in asking for acrylic take off. I asked for the price and they all spoke in their language not knowing how much it would be and one of them said £15! I sat down and the lady started off my cutting my acrylic off whilst cutting into my real nail and skin. She then proceeded to file with the electric filer on my acrylic nail burning down to my actual nail and skin. I was so appalled and upset as I’d only been sat not even 2 minutes. I said I can’t carry on and don’t feel this is the right way so left. Completely inexperienced and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money here

   I had an aromatherapy massage mainly focusing on my back and shoulders. It was amazing. Shilpa is very professional and made me feel relaxed and welcome. The head massage was so good. I definitely needed this after a long week at work. Would highly recommend.

   The team here are great, I throughly enjoyed both my treatments and left their feeling relaxed and extremely spoilt, especially since I now found my regular salon. Sharon (the owner) and Galina were amazing to get to know and I found that the ethos of the salon is just what you need. Will definitely be a returning customer. Also, to clarify for other customers they do crystal gel which is a much better technique to nails, this does mean that it takes longer as the technician shapes and creates each nail then curring each one thus meaning you end up with a very thin natural looking nail extension. Plus the chats you have with the team make up for the time.

   I'm so happy I found this place especially during this difficult time we are all facing. I called Harmony Beauty to see of they were open and they were. Before I could ask the lady assured me the number one priority is a clean environment and they are taking all measures to keep it safe for us. I booked for manicure & pedicure and I have to say I have not been disappointed in both the service and the impeccable hygiene. I highly recommend Harmony and will be back soon. Thanks X
