Very fast service
Went to collect some wood they had advertised. Guys were very helpful loading it into the car. Not really any specific parking area, but you can drive through gates if there is space or park next to the gates. Small shop on site selling wood/hardware items.
This is a great timber yard. The staff are always helpful and friendly and I see the same service given to none trade customers who often need more advice. Lancashire Timber have great, competitive prices and have always had what I need in stock. I have bought lots of treated timber here to build outdoor projects for my customers, gates, fencing etc and recently, when I was super busy, I used their gate building service for a made to measure gate which came in at a reasonable price. This yard is the only place I have found locally that stocks pressure treated tongue and groove boards which are perfect for gates rather than using the rough sawn, feather edge boards that others use. (They do also stock feather edge boards for fencing) If you have some special projects they always have some beautiful large hardwood slabs with live edges in various woods ready for a table or other project. Great place for all your timber needs and at prices as low as you will find anywhere, helpful staff, I've just finished cladding the inside of my garden room with the pallet wood they sell, it was ideal for the job and didn't break the bank , highly recommended timber merchants

Really good place to get off cuts from. I bought a load of pallet slats to mend my fence with. The guys advised me on the best way to do it and lent me their tape measure. I will definitely be heading back in 2 weeks so I can tackle rebuilding our back step. Thanks for all your help
Popped in looking for reclaimed/offcut wood to complete a project on a small budget. Staff were so helpful in finding what I needed & offering advice. They cut the wood to size & carried it to my car - nothing was too much trouble. And it was a bargain! Would definitely recommend.
