Charlie and other team members went above and beyond to ensure I had 2 packs of a discontinued line of flooring. Arranged for one of managers to pick up and deliver to Shrewsbury store, so that my builders could finish off. Excellent job guys, thank you, your efforts are much appreciated.

Decent sized wicks with everything you need for them DIY projects and more. The prices are competitive and the staff are helpful and friendly.
New bathroom? Don't bother. We were pleased to think we could get design and installation all from one place and get bank holiday discount and finance plan. It wasn't worth it! 1. If you like having the latest design and colour scheme great. If you have your own style don't bother. 2. It took 4 not 2 weeks for the installation team to get in touch after design items bought because of the new referral computer system. That was just to confirm any logistical snags before booking the actual job date. So we cancelled. 3. The delivery comes from multiple suppliers so expect at least three days off work for that. 4. Online delivery for large additional item didn't turn up in 5 working days so cancelled but takes 2 weeks to refund. 5. Shower panel kit doesn't include corner protector and two boards way bigger than needed to paying for a lot of waste. It may look nice when finished but really not worth the hassle. Find a local company and use their supplier.
Ordered a pedestal fan through click and collect. Picked it up this morning and the box was in a bad way, clearly been bought by another customer and returned, and just taped back up. Items inside were not packaged properly, no card/plastic cover on the plug, scratches on the fan blades, and the pipe was bent and jammed. Clearly nobody had checked the fan over to make sure it worked when it had been returned previously before reselling it. Drove back to Wickes to return and I wasn’t even asked what the reason was so I’m obviously not the first person to do it. I won’t be using this company again.
Went in to buy steps seen on line. Great product for £25. Also enquired regarding outside doors. Not stocked in store but according to very helpful lady on till, these can be purchased on line through Wickes. We appreciated her advice very much and will be taking it further. She's an asset to the company. Something you don't get often these days. We were well impressed.
