   Very rude staff. I didn't like the way my nails looked so i told her to change and she gave me proper attitude. Highly unprofessional staff.

   Underwhelmed. I went to the salon as my usual salon was sick. They fit me in on the day. Nail prep is all done my drills, removing nails and cuticle removal. I do not like the drills and my nail folds still feels tender from the cuticle removal on my thumbs and now I am worried about infection/hygenie. I had a coloured French tip gel hand nails and polished toes. The base is not a solid colour and the French line is not great. Additionally, the colour in the shop looks a lot different due to poor lighting. When asking for the same colour on my toes as nails this was nearly an issue when someone else did my toes and kept coming back with pink not orange nail colour. They eventually found the colour after I repeated the number/brand. Also the vibe in the shop is just off, they don't really talk to customers and there seems to be one woman they report to. In long, I will not be going back as I have definitely had better. Photos taken the following Monday - 7 days later. They are chipped and not looking good. I have been on two city breaks since getting them done, no swimming or cleaning so no reason they should look like this.

   I have been going to Bear nails for over 3 years, and I haven’t looked back at anyone else since. My Nail’so are always done to the highest standard and I love the fact that this shop provides so much variety, I also love Sammie’s artistry with Nails. I am always satisfied with my ending results. All staff I find are very pleasant. I would recommend people to at least try this shop once, I can assure you that you will not go back to your old Nail Tech. Highly recommend booking with Sammie too.

   I have been going to Bear Nails for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sammie and everyone in the shop are very welcoming and I have always been very happy with my nails. I get regular pedicures and acrylic nails with Sammie whether it is French or plain gel colour and have always left happy with the result. Sammie does the best French in Essex! Would highly recommend.

   I’ve been going to the salon for the last 5 years and can not recommend it enough. Bear Nails is the best in the industry when it comes to quality, longevity, design and creativity. They have my loyalty, I won’t trust any other location with my nails. A mini sanctuary experience on each occasion, I’ve never left the salon feeling disappointed.#WorkOfArt

   THE MOST WORST SALON TO GO TO their salon would be my all time nail salon and i would always go there to do my nails. i thought it would be good if i took my daughter to get her nails done. when they were finished my daughter said that she didn’t like her nails to the point when’re she wanted to get them removed they were very chunky and fat the design was alright but the finishing was awful. i asked sammi to take them off and she said she wouldn’t in a very arrogant tone. my daughter was really upset as it was her first time getting her nails done. her and her mum started talking in there language and finally decided to get them removed. in the process she cut and hurt her nails. after that sammi told us that for me and my daughter to never come back! which was VERY wrong and rude as to it was my daughters first time getting her nails done. to be honest i would never be going there again anyways. save your money guys!!

   Went to get acrylics and had them done by Sammies mum. They were the worst set I’ve ever had in my life, they were thick, lumpy and looked deformed. It was rushed and when she was done I saw big lumps on the nails. I then told Sammie, who said that apparently the gel “leaked” when when put under UV light, she attempted to “fix” the nails by filing them down but they were still horrendous and half the glitter polish had disappeared due to her filing them. Then I asked her to fix the glitter and she said she can’t. I was unhappy with them and Sammie then refused to remove them because she was apparently “too busy”. Sammie then starts shouting across the salon in a different language to her mum clearly talking about us. After managing to get them to remove the nails as they were so bad, both Sammie and mum could not accept that they had done a terrible job and asked us not to come back to her salon again (not that I was planning to go there again lol) I wish I had a picture to post on here of my disgusting nails. Avoid this salon. Rude staff/owner, unprofessional and over priced. P.s you’re in the wrong industry if you can’t accept criticism and fix your own mistakes :)
