    I'm 65 next week, black don't crack. At a certain age you start to suffer from incontinence, sometimes you can hold it, mostly you can't. The latter happened just now. I asked a female hairdresser to use their toilet, explaining my plight. She repeatedly told me it's for her customers. I did say in response that what if this was her mum. Her response without missing a beat "...they are for customers".

    I have been coming here regularly for the last 4 years. Erika is the best hairdresser I have ever had. She knows my hair and cuts and blow dries it perfectly. All the staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable

    I supose to have an appoitment to do my nails . I was travelling one your in one way. They cancelled my appoitment And No one told me ! The empoyees told me the beautician is in the hospital. I called the boss and she said she doesn’t know about nothing. Completely mess.. Not recommended ...

    I made an appointment for my elderly mother in law and dropped her at the door as we were a few minutes late and I went to find somewhere to park. When I returned she came rushing out of the shop telling me they couldn't see her as she didn't have an appointment. I took her back in there where I was told her appointment had been given to someone else as I was late - very very sorry but we can't fit you in! I was fuming as my mother in law has early stage dementia and gets confused at the best of times and rarely leaves her house. She is in desperate need of a haircut but after that experience she's reluctant to go anywhere noww as she doesn't want to mess me about!! I definitely won't be booking there again!
