   They are rubbish honestly. I wanted my hair to be dyed red, but the girl called Dona messed it up so badly. She didn’t even let me know that she was going to bleach my hair. I didn’t tell her to bleach my hair. I only wanted the colour. Once she was done, my hair was blonde not even close to a brown or redish colour. When I wanted it to be fixed, she said she can’t do anything and wanted to charge me more money to get it fixed when it was her fault. Very disappointed

   Very nice hairstylist, had great conversations while she washed, straightened and cut my hair. Amazing results everytime. I’ve been there 3/4 times and everytime I’ve had great customer service and I’ve found myself yet another great black owned business after moving areas. They are renovating right now, I’ve went to a near by hairdresser and I have had the worst experience of my life. Can’t wait for them to open up again. The lady always gives me great advice and can’t wait to try new hair styles with her. Over all just amazing and kind human beings. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t speak for the negative comments but if you go in with great energy you’ll receive 10x more. Everyone has bad days at work we all human. I like everyone there even the men’s haircuts are amazing. I hope this was helpful.

   UPDATE: I visit the salon again and received a much better experience. My natural hair was better catered for and I left feeling content. Will leave previous review for Context and update rating. If you have natural hair, dont brother going. The two stars is only because because I didn’t haves to wait. I came in for wash and treatment and was quoted £25. The salon itself wasn’t very pleasant, messy with of odd smells. I was helped to take of my cornrows, and the lady started brushing my hair DRY?! When washing my hair, she did it for about 5 minutes - I could tell my scalp had not been cleaned throughly. When it was time for the treatment I was told about hot oil and etc, but only one treatment was done to my hair. After washing of the treatment the lady was surprised when I said i don’t want blowdry (Im assuming that’s part of the £25 package) and I asked her to just detangle and add leave-in. She started by finger detangling and when she got the brush I had to ask her to stop because she was brushing from the root? On my 4c hair ? She finished finger detangling and i still payed the £25. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and they need to show that they can work with natural hair.

   Got here early so waited. Was not even asked to take a seat. No manners at all from any staff..Still was not seen on time. Place was very dirty and all staff were eating and drinking while doing customers hair. Staff were rude, didn't welcome us or speak to us the entire time we were there. We had to make conversation with them. The lady who cut my sisters hair was not professional at all, she didn't even look like she knew how to cut hair. When we got home, she straightened her hair and it was all wonky and cut wrong. Very displeased with the experience, will not be going back here ever again. If you are looking to get your hair cut DO NOT COME HERE. Others have told me (after) why did you go there? They are rude and unprofessional.

   Shermin is lovely.. she paid very good attention to my daughter who hates crowded salons..she made her a lovely wig and we certainly will remain loyal customers. Her salon is beautiful and she understands hair extensions thoroughly

   I love this salon, this is a friendly, happy atmosphere. The owner is the most sweetest, caring and hard working person not only do I get a fantastic service but I feel welcomed I come here all the time when need to do treatment and get my hair styled and slicked for a night out.also never been to a salon where they take the time to Give advice on my hair telling me to not relax my hair as much but treat and take care of it, thank you ladies there amazing!
