Katie is the most experienced caring therapist I have ever found. Always the most relaxing experience. I have regular Rene Guinot facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing (ouch). I live in Hampstead and no one there compares, so a regular trek is a small price to pay.
Absolutly amazing service every time i visit. Kate and her staff make me feel wonderful and I’m always so happy when I leave.

I asked for a shoulder length bob and even brought in a picture but I had my long hair cut up to my ears. I asked for it to be all one length but it is clearly shorter at the back and longer at the front. It looks dreadful and I am devastated as it's just before all the Christmas celebrations. It literally is the worst cut I have ever had and it will take me a very long time to grow out. It is about 2-3 inches shorter than I wanted. I wouldn't recommend for anything other than a trim. :(

Always welcoming, its a great place to go to unwind and relax. Great treatments available especially the facials and massage the hairdressers are fantastic. Love this place, and the girls working there.
I started my "treats to myself" by having my nails "done", they really do look lovely now. I then decided to have a facial treatment - sheer bliss!! I guarantee that whatever treatment you are thinking of having you will be totally satisfied. The Salon is well presented and the owner and staff are professional, welcoming and friendly.
