   This location is CLOSED. Turned up for my appointment and it’s been deconstructed and shut. Overall one of the ladies - Angela I believe, was lovely and really helpful. Other than this the other staff I experienced during an intimate wax made me feel a bit uncomfortable talking about their sex life and asking me questions about mine. I wouldn’t have continued going there if I hadn’t already paid for the laser treatment sessions, but then turn up for my last one and it’s closed down?!

   I popped into The Transformation Clinic today on the off chance, and to my delight, they were able to fit both myself and my mum in for a couple of quick treatments. The staff are always very courteous, professional and very helpful. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

   Terrible!!! Had vouchers (2 worth £40 each). Were gifted to us when it was called pretty woman and every man. Had booked in for January 2024 for pregnancy massage and full body massage however went into labour early and gave birth (via emcs so as you can imagine, massage was the last thing on my mind). Were told this was no problem, could rebook. So when fully recovered and ready tried to book (assuming, like most places the vouchers would be valid for at least 12 months). My husband and I showed up for our massages, travelled 40 mins to get there- to be told we could not use the voucher as they were more than SIX months old??! Never heard of vouchers expiring after 6 months, and this was the first it was mentioned, it is printed in tiny light coloured writing on the card. The lady who took my booking on the phone knew our vouchers were from the old shop so should have known they’d be older than 6 months as it’s been almost a year since they took over but didn’t tell us this and let us book, took all our details etc. Anyway, they couldn’t honour these, even given the circumstances as to why we had to cancel in the first place! So basically they have £80 of our money for nothing!! Would expect more from a small business trying to get/keep customers in a competitive market!! I would suggest if you want to gift a massage to someone, do so elsewhere as 6 months to use is ridiculous!! Very disappointing :(

   My friend got me a voucher for my birthday to enjoy a treatment at Pretty Woman. I hadn't been before but enjoyed my experience so much that I will be going back again. I was 15 weeks pregnant at the time and they offered a massage and facial package. It was so relaxing and extremely good value for money in my opinion! The staff were also super nice and friendly!

   Have been going here for the past 3.5years. I always see the same therapist Narelle, have tried others when she was away and it wasn't the same experience. I now always make sure my appointments are with her and wait longer if she is away on holiday. Narelle is the most professional and politest therapist I have had there and always makes me feel comfortable when going for waxing. Narelle always creates a calming and relaxing environment for my massage and knows exactly what areas to focus on.
