   Staff on counter very helpful and polite. Lads in yard can’t be bothered and have immature road man attitude and accompanying daft vocabulary calling me lad apart from one helpful young man who seemed in pain yet was very willing and knew his products. Edit in response to reply - Monica this was a review for the Liverpool Sandhills Lane branch not the Durham branch, looks like lack of care comes from the top down.

   Ordered topsoil from this company as the were advertising it as available online. Took my money off me the day I ordered. Got call some days later to say they never had the soil. Asked them to put the money back on my card. They said up to 7 days to get the money back. To date I have still not had my money back!
