   This place is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff are unbelievably rude, lazy, and act like they’re doing you a favour by even speaking to you. They say they close at 7PM, that’s a complete lie. They actually stop doing services at 5PM, but they don’t tell anyone that. So why pretend you’re open until 7? If you stop working at 5, then say you close at 5! It’s not hard, update your website and stop misleading people. You’re not fooling anyone, you’re just wasting everyone’s time. They rush through treatments with zero care or effort, like they just want to shove you out the door. The work is rushed and sloppy, and they clearly don’t care if you come back or not. No loyalty to customers, no professionalism, just pure attitude and bad energy. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money here. Go to a place that actually respects their customers and knows how to run a business without treating people like garbage.

   Absolutely horrific experience- went for eyelash removal and I was almost Blinded. I have had extensions and removal at other places previously but this by far was the worst experience! The woman did not seperate my bottom lashes with the correct tools and used some cotton pad instead! The solution was going into my eyes and burning me. Staff need more training absolutely horrendous would tell people stay far away from this place

   I did eyelash extensions and the quality is so good! The lashes lasted for weeks and i loved the way they looked. I got some my compliments about my lashes I would definitely recommend this place. I just went back today for infills. This is now my new place to do lashes.

   Tan and the team are absolutely amazing! We always get our individual eyelashes and eyebrows done there once a month and they never fail to disappoint. From booking an appointment to payment they have treated us so well. They make us feel super assured and comfortable and always make sure our treatments look perfect even when we are in a bit of a rush. Great beauty salons are quite hard to find but this salon is such a hidden gem, would definitely recommend.

   I have had my eyebrows done at tanz since they opened and the experience has been mainly been good; however, today I went to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and left with half of my eyebrow gone. While the lady was threading, I felt that a lot of hair was falling down my face; however, I didn’t think much of it because I thought she was doing her job correctly. After the tinting process was done, I looked at my eyebrows and the middle part of my left eyebrow was gone. I told the lady and she told me that there was no hair there in the first place. I know that there 100% was. My eyebrows are quite thin; however there was definitely hair in that part of my eyebrow and after she was done there was only the front part of my eyebrow and then the end of it left. Also, I have eyebrow tattoos and she still didn’t manage to put on the tint properly. I’m not sure what the name of the lady that did this to me is but she had a wrist supporter on.

   I went in for highlights, and asked for ash blonde. I assumed, being asian, that she would be familiar with our hair type and able to do a better job. Sadly this was not so. Exactly what I asked NOT for - I got orange hair!! I wanted to support my local small business but ended up so upset that I needed to ensure no one else suffered in the same way. She charges established salon prices: so £80 for 1/2 a head of highlights on shoulder length hair! I felt that it was extortionate but stayed hoping the results would be reflected in this. I have seen many asian hair with this colour achieved in one sitting, so I know it's not my hair colour. Aftre she had finished, Tanya could see I was visibly upset and disappointed and so gave me a £10 discount! This afternoonI went out and used that £10 to purchase anti-yellow toner, the only one I could find in Romford. I'm embarrassed to go into work tomorrow and will probably have to fork out more money to have the colour rectified if the toner doesn't work. So if you're thinking of getting Ash blonde highlights done here, think again.
