   The service at City Plumbing has been exceptional, all due to one man Lee Vernon. We went in with an idea of what we wanted to do and he expertly guided us around how to make our bathroom even better. Even with our constant changing of ideas and moving between 3 piece to a 4 piece, Lee was always happy to help and provide updated visuals of what our bathroom will eventually look like. I'm usually really harsh on my ratings as 5 star should only be reserved to those who went above and beyond, which Lee definitely did. He had on 2 occasions went beyond what we expected; 1. Sourcing bath panels, searching high and wide, which match the units from a different brand. 2. Jumping into the van to do deliveries once the delivery driver has gone home, as he knew we needed everything that day. City Plumbing need to keep hold of Lee, his prices for our bathroom was competitive, he was always friendly and has expert knowledge in how to design a bathroom. The icing on the cake? We would take our 18 month old along to the multiple design appointments. The showroom has a ball pool in one of the baths, we never even got a cup of tea or a seat when going to other suppliers. Hopefully I won't need to buy a bathroom again, but if I did this would be the first place I would go.

   We are over the moon! Couldn't be happier! From start to finish the whole process has been flawless. We finally found Lee at City Plumbing, after months of trial and error in various other places and have to say he was by far the best! Hence why we went with him! He was kind, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. We picked our dream bathroom with him, and he provided us with multiple fitters to get quotes from, which again we went with one he suggested - Mike (and Mark) from Defender Plumbing & Joinery - WOW blown away with their work. Perfect! So as I say - Start to Finish we are the happiest we could be! We sat back, relaxed and got the most wonderful bathroom as a result! Best decision ever! Thank you Lee, you're a star!

   American guy here, just passing through. Had heard many high reviews of this chain, and they did have the best prices on solar panels, so I gave it a try. The guys there, Steven, Calum, and Kevin (as well as a motorcyclist whose name I forget) were all invaluable. They went far beyond their call of duty to help me get this giant panel onto the roof of my little old van. They didn't need to be that helpful. They are just genuine people, giving this store (and this city) the highest rating from me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 10 million stars.

   My wife and I visited City Plumbing, Huyton, recently as we wanted to renovate our bathroom by replacing the bath with a walk-in shower. We were undecided about what fixtures and fittings would be best for our project and needed some advice and inspiration. Mollie, the Showroom Manager, gave us expert, impartial, advice on showers, enclosures, splashbacks, trays, and plumbing requirements to suit our needs. Her customer service skills were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave us confidence with the depth of her knowledge and expertise. The prices, too, we’re competitive and we happily bought the items that we needed to transform our bathroom. We are extremely pleased with the results and the quality of the products. We would definitely recommend City Plumbing!

   Thank you for all the lovely staff, special for the lady!! She helped me with smile on her face and was so kind even if my English is so poorly, and we are not qualified plumbers, she's without any judging helped to find a solution for us even if the amount we payed wasn't more than 10-20£. My ex couldn't made this job for me without you it's sure! We had got a big shower tray and a toilet without basin, but now we have got bath, basin, and hot water from the boiler!!! Thank you so much, Ill never forget you! ❤️

   Five star service above and beyond earlier today at the Huyton trade counter from the young lady.. Helping me sort out replacement mixer tap heads and cartridges for my pensioner neighbour. She (along with Ian) spent time and effort helping me get what was needed for £12 rather than having to replace the sink mixer. First class and I'll use City Plumbing Huyton again anytime!

   Never use this branch of city plumbing. £28 for a 4 inch waste elbow (what a joke). The materials came to roughly £270 and we hardly bought anything. Had to ring the saltney branch to apply our terms and they knocked over £120 off. People say plumbers are expensive... no they get ripped off by merchants like city plumbing so have to price accordingly.
