   A year ago I was admitted to kendray beam Shaw and I was so scared but the staff was amazing every single one of them I couldn’t thank them enough,they helped me every single day overcome my demons!! Miss you all

   After having a loved one spending over 28 days in this hospital, we are very disappointed. Some of the staff are lovely, but Matilda is so rude. I rang up to give information and she told me she was not willing to deal with me due to change over shift. Also in over 28 days we requested to speak to Dr Byer, Dr Copnall, and not once did they phone us back... within 24 hours of our loved one getting released against our wishes, he was sectioned again to a different hospital. And this hospital said he was ok to come home!! We was told numerous different stories about medication, and how he was. Shame on them. Hopefully they learn through their mistakes.

   i honestly cannot give this place any credit, a member of my family was sent to this place. he was put under section 2. 28 days later they decided to let him come home, whilst hes still in the same state he was when he was sent there, by 3 doctors. you cannot get any information regarding care, staff make up stuff your supposed to have told them , when you clearly havn't. against all advice from his family after each visit we were still witnessing physcotic behaviour that was bad, they decided to still let him go. i am so angry this place has failed our family, i rang his doctor and couldn't get to speak to him to find out anything, a social worker attached to that hospital rang me asking questions which i answered very honestly, and i was told he was going to see my family member and tell him everything id said. Disgusting, the lot of them, theyve made a wrong decision here, and when its goes the way im expecting it to go, i will look to sue both hospital and the rest. they call themselves proffesional's. this place is a utter joke.

   My Dad was recently in this place, while some of the staff were nice the majority were not interested and I felt rushed when I was asking questions in fact I got more out of the cleaning staff than the so called professionals. Also they thought it was ok to send him home on a visit without informing anyone and when nobody was in they left him with a neighbour. Also was expected to take him to hospital appointments even though he was in there so called care.
