   The staff are so unwelcoming and miserable there. You go in to enquire about their services and they have the most unhelpful attitude. Definitely won't be taking my money there.

   I have been having my wax done for the last few years at Charisma but I recently also had lvl lashes there too. They are so professional, so kind and always make me feel at ease whilst providing amazing results. It’s why I’ve always gone back year after year! . Manju is amazing! I would 100% recommend for any beauty treatments !

   I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty salon. The eyebrow service is absolutely terrible. They always leave hairs behind, and you have to point it out to them every single time. The brows come out uneven — one higher than the other, completely different shapes, and far from symmetrical. I’ve even had to ask them to redo it because they clearly didn’t bother checking their work. Last time beside eyebrows I had a lip wax done and they left visible hair behind — £10 completely wasted. It’s frustrating because they proudly display their certificates and have regular clients, but I honestly don’t understand how. Maybe some people settle for less, but when it comes to eyebrows and hair removal, they are just awful. I do not recommend this place at all. Just one girl from there is fine and careful with details but even her has some mistakes and the eyebrows not every time comes symmetrical(unfortunately i do not know her name), is so sad that is very close to home and very suitable but prefer to travel 1h to another salon rather than have unsymmetrical eyebrows . As a reply for your answer. I sincert think you can’t read a simple text or you effectively confuse me. I did not come into the salon and pretending for free treatments never. So you confuse me. At least you can learn from your mistakes and improve, but when you receive a negative feedback you became aggressive and you try to come back with false arguments trying to prove something you are not. Improve your services first , your staff and your manners and after when you are at top level then you can say things like this. And i continue coming back just because is close to home, and for this young lady that made my eyebrows decent. But is not normal when i want to remake my eyebrows to have this attitude and come with lies about I wouldn’t want to pay. I paid everytime, but obviously when you make my eyebrows uglier than they were and let me hair unwaxed obviously i will tell you to remake me, or i will tell you I didn’t like it and want to do a good job. I will not pay you for a poor service, like your staff told me to go to another salon to remake me :)) is hilarious you take money for people for your poor service and after this you make lies about them. Very ugly from your part .
