“I came in as a model for one of the students called Monika. She has amazing customer service, lovely to chat too. Always makes sure you are well cared for and asks what you want multiples times so she can get it correct throughout the process. The scalp treatment she did was wonderful and has done my head wonders. Good massage of it too where I wanted to fall asleep because it felt so nice. No water on my face or down the back of my neck which was nice. She did a beautiful cut and pin curl style. Her trainer Natalie also was amazing at teaching her and helping her along the way, when she wasn’t sure what to do she either asked or Natalie stepped in and helped to show her, so the client can get what they want and need without ruining the hair. I fully trust monika with my hair, and the other ladies I saw practicing too. It’s nice and quiet too, with only three chairs in the room, and no front glass where everyone can watch. Brilliant place with great prices too, especially when you are helping someone to get their qualifications and to start their career. Highly recommend to anyone x the photo shows the big pin curls, that were wide tooth combed out after a good few hours of walking through some shops and going home. X lovely lady’s. Definitely going back for more hair treatments and for them to dye my hair, as my mum also got her hair dyed and it was a beautiful colour and all over evenly. Thank you ladies for making me like going back to a salon as I stopped going and started doing my own hair for 2/3 years due to not liking hair dressers x so really appreciate the place”

“I've tried other places but not many can compare. The shop is big, modern, clean and located near free parking. The staff are professional, polite, kind, and talented. I always feel welcome and comfortable, and in 5years of service there's no design they can't do! I followed Lucy from her old shop to this new one, which is further from me, and it's always worth the journey! They also offer you drinks and snacks and even have a reward card! 11/10 Recommended!”

Every customer is treatments extremely well and like they’re the only person in the shop which shows just how amazing the customer care and service is. Lovely friendly family run business. Always fitted my in, I was often late when I did have an appointment and they worked to fit all those in the shop in so we’ll, extremely convenient that you can get your nails done at late notice and nothing at all is too much trouble. Even worked late on Xmas eve one year to ensure I had the Christmas nails that I wanted. Use this nail business - you won’t regret it! I moved out of the area so go elsewhere now but these guys are the absolutely best at what they do.”
