   Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this salon. No warm welcome, nor any friendly conversation. I wasn’t been asked prior to the wash what I’d like done to my hair. I’d been growing my hair for over a year and half, and went to this salon for a trim and face framing. The lady who cut my hair, cut so much off and adding layers all over. I was heart broken. It’s been a month and I just keep my hair tied up; can’t stand to Look at my hair. Such a shame.

   My daughter grew her hair for 1 year and we were getting it cut for a family wedding. We asked for a bob the woman absolutely destroyed her hair to the point it’s so short, with no room to correct it.. we showed her what she had done, but she didn’t fix it, she acted like it’s not there, doesn’t see the obvious uneven cut. We asked her to trim one side and she did, but the actual cut can’t be helped - it needs to grow out. All her efforts seemed like all she was doing was hiding the uneven hair - tucking it behind my toddlers ear but there’s nothing you can do to hide the ruined bob. It’s absolutely ruined. I cried so much when I came home. She didn’t even ask where to cut for my daughter’s fringe to ask me about the length, she went too short. Seriously the worst experience ever. Please don’t come here. I have gone to another hair dresser for help and they thought it was a home hair cut!! Appalling - it was meant to be done by a professional -

   Got my haircut today after 3 years. It was really good and changed my whole look which was awesome! I was hesitant to go to any hairdresser but luckily I came across Eye Candy while visiting my family in Romford. I would recommend and come back to have my haircut again if I have a chance again.

   I love this salon. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are really nice and friendly. The cutting and colouring are second to none. My daughter has also started going for her cut and colour.. And she's very fussy!! I also take my grandson to Hannah for his barbering, and like everything else, the result is perfect.

   Pleasant salon and staff were friendly hence the four stars. However, I was little disappointed by the overall look of the cut. The photo on the left is what I showed the hairdresser when she asked what I wanted - because I find it hard to describe, I always show pics. The photo on the right is what I left the salon with... It felt a bit frumpy to me and not layered like the original picture - which is also my hair, so I know it can be cut to look like that!
