   I had a very bad experience from this hair salon. I showed the hairdresser (NATALIA) a photo of the haircut I wanted (photo attached) and look at the what she did to my fringe! She seemed unsure of what to do then she just suddenly cut it like that. I told her I looked horrible and she said I am only surprised because I am not used to having fringe. My husband, kids and friends told me I looked funny - and I really do! What a way to waste £30! This is the worst haircut I had! Now I can't even show my hair off and this has really affected my confidence. I am NOT recommending this hair salon to anyone.

My hair feels soft, shiny, and perfectly styled — exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for more services!

   I had such a wonderful experience at Vida Salons! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and enjoyable. She greeted me with such kindness, helped me with scheduling, and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel genuinely cared for the second you step through the door, but she truly did. Her attentiveness set the tone for the whole visit and made the experience even more enjoyable. I left not only loving my service, but also really appreciating the outstanding customer care. Vida Salons is lucky to have such a fantastic team member at the front desk—I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Love love love this salon!!! The service at Vida is amazing from everyone who works there. The stylists really take the time to listen to what you want, offer helpful suggestions, and make sure you leave feeling happy with your hair. Vanda is a hairstylist I’ve gone to for years and she never disappoints me and cuts my hair exactly the way I want it! I always leave feeling confident in myself and my hair after having an appointment with her. I highly recommend Vida to anyone looking for quality and care with their hair appointments!

   Terrible. My best friend went here and their presentation was horrific. The hairstylists breath also stunk HORRIBLY (my friends nose was pleading for help) I suggest you DON'T come here AT ALL!!!!!!!

   I had not had my hair cut for a while due to being unwell. I rang up and asked them if I could get a haircut and they said when I said today if possible. They asked how long it would take me to get there, I said half an hour they said see you in half an hour. Cut was perfect.
