   No one to meet me when arrived i had to phone the hotel itself to get someone to come to reception,i was in room 5 carpet was horrendous dirty and stained no resturant facilities no evening meal or breakfast saw no staff apart from the woman who came to get my key. Really disappointed and glad l was there for just one night

   Absolutely horrendous. We were allocated a room, room 25, which was run down. Looking at the reviews, it seemed like a really nice hotel. We walked into the room, note, there's exaggeration here and photos are shown to prove it. We counted 10 spiders in the room. Spoke to the receptionist and she said find a way to take them out. The staff were not helpful, it's the worst hotel I've been to. The management has refused to do any sort of refund as they think the room is livable.

   One of the worst hotels I've stayed in! No breakfast or evening meals served. They offer a cheap porridge pot and croissant for breakfast, unless you are starving, don't bother. The bed was broken and springs pushing through. Shower broken. No toilet seat lid. Dirty with an unpleasant odour. And rather unhelpful staff! I was booked in for three nights but left after the first.

   It's a lovely place to stay, you get free tea coffee, biscuits,bottled water all complimentary. Beds. I slept fine my partner didn't. The rooms looked clean but closer inspection there are cobwebs allover the place, a feather dusters is all it needs. There is an old hotel smell and vibe/decor. £60 for the night was a bargain

   Went here after a funeral. The food and service was very good. The place is also an hotel but haven't stayed there..Heath Cottage is only 2 miles from junction 40 of the M1..

   Went to wake and got yo say I wasn't overly impressed, lovely looking place and well styled but it was really cold and only had very small plug in radiators. Tea snd coffee were warm but not hot, the buffet was OK. Not a massive amount of choice and not the best quality. But I suppose that's down to the budget maybe.

   Stayed the night on the 10th December for a works xmas party in Morley. Hotel is very quaint with a very cosy bar area, rooms were very nice, clean and warm and staff were very friendly. The only let down due to a lack of a chef was that continental breakfast was the only option. Would definately return if in the area. xec

   Good location for what we needed Nothing really in walking distance Rooms warm and clean We arrived had to call a number and we were given a key code number so let our selves in We went out for food no one around or when we returned In the morning came down for breakfast expecting a continental and cooked but we're offers just a cold selection for 5 pounds as they didn't have a chef and 1 off doesn't eat cereal or bread it really wasn't worth it So that was disappointing because we had a 4 hour drive back We did the feeling that a few rooms were being let for other purposes ie emergency housing as when we arrived a lady was dropping of bags of food for someone staying

   Staff are rude, booked online to pay cash on arrival money got taken out of account could not make stay so cancelled would not give my money back. Will never use again!!!
