“This is a completely new concept to me and for the price I wasn't expecting much but after having stayed two nights I'm genuinely shocked its not inundated with positive reviews. The apartments are unstaffed but access is quick, easy and extremely convenient while the room itself is perfect - well equipped, clean and spacious. Communication with the man in charge (Joe) is easy and he authorised my request for a late checkout very quickly. I will be staying in Dewsbury again in the future and this place will always be my first choice from now on. I feel sorry for the owner having received reviews that are less than perfect because of things that are outside of his control - yes there is some noise on the street but what do people expect, you're in the centre of town! And noisy neighbours?! Whose fault is that! People always have to find something to complain about. I'm happy because I got much more than I expected, and for the price I'm sure than anyone with half a brain would be too. Thanks so much!”

“We were a little skeptical booking here but we were definitely pleasantly surprised! We found our room was big and clean, with nice smelling towels, and a decent enough en-suite. The breakfast for an extra £3 was well worth it and it was made fresh as we came down. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help! It was everything you could want in a B&B. If we ever find ourselves back in Leeds we'd definitely stay here again!”
